  • Precioso lote arbolado de 3 acres que rodea una casa bellamente diseñada. Registre techos abovedados apoyados y acentuados con ventanas de piso a techo en el nivel principal frente a la División Continental. Habitación tipo loft con baño completo y amplio armario. Madera de pino desde el suelo hasta el techo. Chimenea de roca de musgo de gas natural en el nivel principal y una estufa de gas natural en el nivel inferior. Cocina abierta totalmente equipada con pisos de losa. Televisores por cable de 50 "y 55" en los niveles principal e inferior. Muebles nuevos 2019.

    La tranquilidad serena es suya en 3 acres rodeados de espacio abierto con pinos maduros y abundante vida silvestre. Esta casa ofrece paz y tranquilidad con sofisticación de montaña de alta gama. La cubierta ofrece una gran vista de Continental Divide.

    Al entrar en esta casa, será recibido por la cálida y acogedora gran sala. La gran sala cuenta con paredes nudosas bordeadas de pinos y toneladas de ventanas que proporcionan un ambiente de montaña. A su izquierda está el comedor con cómodos asientos para 6. Hay asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. La sala de estar cuenta con una chimenea de gas de musgo de piso a techo, TV de pantalla plana grande, cómodos sofás de cuero y sillón reclinable. También hay acceso a la gran terraza.

    La cocina es un excelente lugar para preparar comidas para todo su grupo. La cocina cuenta con un refrigerador de acero inoxidable con puertas francesas, estufa lisa, microondas, piso de losa y lavaplatos.

    Arriba está el dormitorio principal tipo loft, el baño principal y la sala de estar con vistas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, dos mesitas de noche, dos vestidores y mucho espacio en el armario. El baño principal en suite tiene una combinación de bañera y ducha y lavabos dobles.

    El nivel principal cuenta con dos habitaciones muy cómodas con grandes ventanas, muebles de lujo y cada una tiene un ventilador de techo. Cada habitación del piso principal tiene una cama queen.

    El nivel inferior es un espacio de doble uso. Con un cuarto dormitorio y una segunda sala de estar. El espacio del dormitorio tiene una cama Queen. La sala de estar cuenta con dos sofás, TV de pantalla plana y estufa a gas para mayor calidez.

Wonderful vacation

This home was beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sun go down over RMNP. Wonderful location for our daily adventures Could not have asked for a better house to spend a week away with our kids !

This house has plenty of space and everyone had a REAL bed with privacy. My teenage granddaughter loved her "cellar suite." She felt like she had her own apartment. The house is remote enough to be peaceful, and yet, it is close enough to town and the National Park to please everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped, the fireplace on the main floor is easy to use, and there are lots of towels. We saw elk and wild turkey in the yard and I learned to play air hockey. A lovely stay!

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

We had a great family vacation! This property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. The property is close to town while still giving you a secluded and quiet feeling. We will definitely be back.

Family Friendly

The property was great, especially for our family. Both the kids and adults enjoyed playing with the table games located in the garage. There was plenty of space for the 3 kids and 4 adults.

Estes Park

We loved our stay in this cabin in the woods. Everything was as described. The location is 10 minutes drive to all of the town amenities. You feel totally secluded in the trees and we had 25 elk walking right by the home. It’s beautiful scenery.

Incredible home-highly recommend

This house was perfect for us! Very baby safe with gates on all 3 interior stairways. Immaculate and well stocked with necessities. Beds incredibly comfortable. Only negative (not owners fault) is roads are very dark at night (duh) and hard to find first night. Close to town and park. We highly recommend this listing and owner.

Prospect Woodlands

This property was all that was advertised and then some. It was spotless, beautifully furnished and very private. This was a special time I got to spend with my daughter and sons alone. All love to cook so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. I would definitely love to return - this time for an even longer stay and with daughter-in-laws and grandchildren. Everything I wanted was provided. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Family Trip

My two sisters and parents had a wonderful stay in Estes Park! There was a bedroom for us all and a fully stocked kitchen. We had hot showers nightly and plenty of room to spend time both together and on our own. We greatly enjoyed escaping the hassle of the crowds and enjoyed watching the wildlife. We saw a bear, many deer, various birds, squirrels, and chipmunks. We even saw a mother deer with her fawns! This is a fabulous place to stay to relax and escape your busy life. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful memories made in the mountains.

Cabin was so clean, cozy and a relaxing week. Everything we needed was supplied. The kids enjoyed the foosball,air hockey and ping pong. Board games and popcorn every evening. It was peaceful outdoors . Will definitely be back again. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

A lovely space that accommodates a lot of people. Well stocked large kitchen. Really clean. Easy access. My only complaint was that you really only have the toilet paper others have left you, and there is no recycling.

Perfect cozy mountain home

We looovvveeeedddd this place so much! We’ve stayed in many homes in the Estes park area and this one is one of our favs! It’s accommodated our whole family. Loved having the ping pong table to play in our spare time when we were not hiking the beautiful RMNP! The open kitchen and living area was perfect for hanging out and playing games with the family around the fireplace. Loved that the fireplace was gas and easy on and off so we didn’t have to mess with starting a log fire. We will be returning to this home again. We are already strategizing our hiking plans for next fall so we can stay in this home! This home is very cozy and we created many memories here! Thank you!!

Birthday fun and National Park Exploration

This property blew us away! Everything was clean and ready for us to check in. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking supplies including some baking needs. It’s in a perfect location to get downtown or to the national park within 5-10 minutes. The ping pong table was a hit! There’s plenty of space for everyone to not feel cramped. The views out of the windows are to die for— the photos don’t do it justice! This trip crossed off another national park on the list! Did you know The Stanley hotel is in Estes Park!? It’s a must see if you like The Shinning or Dum and Dummer. Quiet honestly could not have had a better experience and I cannot wait to make a return trip.

Beautiful spot

The property was as described and was conveniently located near the park entrance and town. It was the perfect spot to relax and kick back with our friends and family members in one our our favorite vacation spots.
