This location is great and the setup of the property fantastic. It is in an unusual place (by a storage unit center) but there are other cabins, it is by a beautiful creak and close to downtown. The setup is great for families or a group with the bedrooms and bathrooms. We initially had a snafu with the cleaning service not preparing the unit but the property manager was amazing to communicate with and remedy the situation in an extremely timely manner that it was five stars worthy. Prior to the trip we got lots of helpful information about the parks and the area. We had just an amazing time! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Having the river and hot tub were great additions . Very convenient to Estes park and rmnp. The house had everything we could ask for . Would stay there again if ever in the area . Thanks for a great vacation

The entire family had a fabulous time at this property. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided by the host. All the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were spacious enough for all 10 of us to get ready for a rehearsal dinner and wedding. The grandkids loved being so close to the water and the funpark. Such an easy walk to town! Such a great vacation for all of us!

Windy River Cabin

Roomy, kitchen well stocked, beautiful view of the river. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Close proximity to down- town. The window units in the bedrooms were a great benefit.Only suggestion would be the upstairs main den could use a ceiling fan or a/c unit since the west sun coming in can get quite warm. Otherwise, it's a GREAT on the river cabin.

Colorado vacation

The property was in good condition. The location was good with the exception of the business next door. There was excessive noise most mornings. The grill was dirty and needed cleaned before we could use it. The jets on the inside bathtub didnt work. The life jacket provided needs to be replaced. Overall, this is a very nice cabin and we enjoyed our stay. We would definetly stay here again. I just wish that things that are broken were listed in the listing.

Estes Park on the river

Very nice place. Tastefully decorated. Everything we could want in a place to stay, except inconvenient to have to climb stairs to main living area. Also, no views whatsoever except the river. Which was pleasant to listen to.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to park entrances & restaurants. Loved the river out back. LOTS OF STAIRS ! 3 bedrooms in downstairs but most of the living area is upstairs. So you're going up then numerous times a day. We were ok with it but thought there needed to be a better explanation on the listing. The storage sheds weren't a problem they're on the backside of the houses. Also listing says no AC but 3 of 4 bedrooms have window units. There were also smoke alarms. Units were closer to each other than the pictures implied. We had the best time.

Great place!

Probably the most well stocked Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in! We had 6 ladies staying at the property and we were very happy. Easy walking to downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Quick walk to get to the aerial tram as well. The creek is super cute. You can see the main road from the property as well, which we didn’t realize with booking, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the place.

One of the very best homes we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate with well stocked essentials like spices, flour, sugar, coffee. Very convenient to park entrance and to downtown.

Best Time Ever

There were 7 of us staying at this amazing property for seven days in September. We were all very comfortable. It was so nice to open the windows at night and hear the river right outside our windows. On several mornings we were able to watch the elk by the river and even walk down our lane. There is not air conditioning thru out for the warmer days but there are window units in the bedrooms, which was sufficient for us. Our property manager had a great description of the property and her directions were spot on. As you’re reading this and wondering if we would stay there again…ABSOLUTELY, we would go back there in a heartbeat.
