Mulligan's Lodge está perfectamente ubicado con vista al río Big Thompson ... ¡tan cerca que sentirás que puedes acercarte y tocarlo! Por si fuera poco con vistas a Prospect Mountain y los nevados de la Cordillera Central y tiene el perfecto retiro de las Montañas Rocosas.

Desde nuestra casa es sólo un corto paseo de la ciudad de Estes Park y un fácil 1. 5 millas en coche a la entrada de Beaver Meadows Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas.

La gran sala de planta principal tiene una chimenea de gas musgo de roca a reunirse en con vistas al río y las montañas alrededor ... sin obra necesaria en estas paredes! Esto es simplemente el lugar de reunión de la familia ideal, con su zona contigua cocina y comedor totalmente equipada (con capacidad para 9). Podrá contemplar para disfrutar de las vistas del cielo perfectamente claro Colorado, río y montañas !!

Desde la gran sala se puede salir a una terraza ideal para disfrutar de excelentes vistas a la montaña, junto con las vistas y los sonidos del río grande de Thompson! Tomar todo mientras disfruta de una taza de café de la mañana, tarde vidrio de vino, leer un buen libro o cocinar la cena en la parrilla de gas!

El acogedor dormitorio principal en suite también se encuentra en el nivel principal. Abrir las ventanas y dejar que los sonidos de la Big Thompson engañar a dormir.

Una segunda habitación familiar se encuentra en el nivel inferior junto con 2 dormitorios de matrimonio y un baño completo. Desde este nivel se puede caminar de salida hacia el patio y detectar alces y otros animales salvajes moseying a lo largo del río Thomson grande! O simplemente sentarse y relajarse y disfrutar de la vista!

Y un bono ..... disfrutar de la CLIMATIZACIÓN (una rareza para los hogares en Estes Park!) en los días calurosos de verano !!!!

Una plaza de garaje adjunto para dos coches viene con el alquiler. También tenemos una sala principal de la planta de lavandería.

Como nuestro huésped podrá disfrutar de acceso a las zonas de pesca comunes compartidos-HOA lo largo del río grande de Thompson.

Necesitamos vamos de ... nuestra familia piensa que Mulligan Lodge es perfecta en todos los sentidos ... no sólo otro alquiler de vacaciones, pero nuestra casa de montaña perfecta!

The best vacation spot!

This was such a relaxing place to stay! We loved the huge windows and beautiful view. The location was wonderful for going to Rocky Mountain National Park or into town, but honestly the house itself was vacation enough. I could have just stayed by the fire in the living room watching the backyard stream all week. We have been renting vacation homes for a long time in different places and this was everyone’s favorite! It was immaculately clean and the hosts were very responsive when we had a question. We need to come back in warmer weather so we can hike more!

Great Experience!

Sue, the property host, was amazing at communicating. The house was beautiful & clean. It is located on the most beautiful creek. We got to sit on the back balcony and watch a gang of elk just chill in and around the water. The town itself is also cute, with lots of shops and restaurants.

Amazing Vacation!!

We were very impressed with our whole stay at Mulligans Lodge! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The pictures in the listing literally do not do this place justice because it is beautiful! The house is very well stocked and super clean! STUNNING!!! Must book

This was our third trip to Estes but our first staying on the river. This was by far our favorite home we have stayed in!! We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the river and the daily visits from elk. Our 3 year old enjoyed playing in the river and walking to the local coffee shop. The home was immaculately clean and had everything we could need. And the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed every minute!

Beautiful stay, awesome host

Spent 3 days here with my wife, 1.5 year old, and babysitter. Beautiful big house. Great kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were new and spacious. Fished in the river directly behind the house. Caught a bunch of trout. Walked to get coffee in the mornings. Saw elk and beavers. Host was very helpful and immediately responsive. Wonderful value for the cost. 10/10 would stay again.

Nothing beats October in Estes Park

We just returned from a wonderful week in Estes Park chilling out during Fall Break. The VRBO house was fabulous! The location was perfect, just steps away from the Big Thompson River. We so enjoyed trying our hand at fly fishing & watching as a herd of dear walked through the yard daily. There was even a large elk grazing along the river. The house was very near one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park, allowing multiple easy opportunities to view the beautiful Fall colors, elk ruts & some awesome stargazing! The house itself was beautiful & so comfortable for our group of six. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans, great appliances & a gas grill on the deck overlooking the river. The beds were comfortable & bathrooms/showers were very clean & well stocked. Ann was fabulous to work with. She contacted us before our arrival to give directions to the house that would bypass the major construction traffic snarls in town. That was so thoughtful of her! She also gave advice about local grocery shopping options & even pointed us to a nearby sporting store where we could get expert advice in searching for the perfect fishing spots. In short, the stay was wonderful, everything we had hoped it would be. We hated to leave, but we hope we can stay there again sometime!

Great Location and Comfortable Home

This will be our number 1 choice to stay on our next visit to Estes Park. We loved being next to the river and relaxing on the deck every day! Two things that would make this a better property are (1) Local TV Channels, and (2) an outdoor jacuzzi! Still, this is our favorite place!

A Piece of Heaven

We loved this stunning home with its amazing property and views. We stayed for 3 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The home was beautifully decorated yet very comfy. Amazing Home with breathtaking view of river right out your back door!

This home is absolutely one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Great communication from the get go, easy check-in and most importantly, beautiful accommodations! The home was so clean, spacious for 6 adults, cozy, beautifully decorated, and had the most spectacular view to enjoy right off the deck. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back!!

Awesome place! So comfortable!

Great location and amazing home! Me and my family loved staying here! There is a fun trail that leads to a cute coffee shop less then a mile and a pond to feed the ducks. My kids (4,7) are dying to go back. The house was clean and so comfortable. We had family and friends that stayed elsewhere and this place By far outranked there’s. Host was so responsive and sweet! We will be back.
