Property was great! Clean and well kept. Conveniently located to everything and extremely well stocked including a visit by a family of elk! Kids and adults enjoyed many of the games and activities provided. Everyone had a great time with no complaints AT ALL.

Nicely renovated

The property is nicely renovated and has a lot of fun activities in house. The only thing that wasn’t accurate on the listing was the fact it is a duplex/condo style property. I wish the listing would have been more clear with that.

Wonderful getaway for families

Easily the best equipped property in which we have stayed, perfect for two families with children. Amenities were truly unmatched and location was excellent. Communication with manager was very prompt and professional. Would recommend without reservation.

Fantastic!

This is our second year to stay at this home. We had a great time with our adult children, especially the hot tub, and downstairs home theater area! You will love this house, the extra special touches are noticeable, and tons of room and seating for 8! We will certainly be back!

Girls Weekend - Perfect!

We were celebrating my sister's 60th birthday with moms and adult daughters - house was perfect for our group. Great views from the front deck and all the amenities you could want. We didn't get to use the hot tub, but enjoyed the fire pits outside - the extra heater made it comfortable for the upper 40's temps in the evening. Love the proximity to Lake Estes - nice walk around the lake. We enjoyed horseback riding, hiking in RMNP, wine tasting at Snowy Peaks, and dinners out at Bird & Jim and The Rock Inn. Saw many elk in the neighborhood. Only thing that could have been better was the twin beds in the lower level bedroom - too firm and not very comfortable. Others were all good. Overall nice place!

One of its kind!!

We stayed here for 4 nights. I wish we had stayed longer just to enjoy the house's amenities. This house has everything - stocked up kitchen, hot tub, arcade, indoor and outdoor games for all age groups, etc. Very close to the RMNP. Janell was prompt to respond to any queries. Will definitely stay here again.

Fun Week

Place was perfect for two adult couples and three adult children. Hot tub really was nice after a 4-6 mile hike. Did not do much cooking but it had everything we needed. Lots of space to spread out both inside the house and on the porches. Would stay again.

Mountain Retreat

Our family had an amazing time in Estes Park. The property had everything that we needed to relax and also entertain our 12 year old. The location was perfect for downtown and also Rocky Mountain National Park. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic family stay in beautiful Estes Park

Our family all loved our stay at this property: clean, renovated (felt like new), and so many amenities. My favorites were the huge-2-person master shower, the hot tub, the large dining room table, and the coffee bar. Other favorites were the game table and the arcade basketball game. It was so nice to have a place big enough for everyone to have their own room. The beds were so comfortable, and the property was so quiet, that we all slept really well. The baby elk with its parents walking across the yard on our first night was a definite plus. Thank you for such a wonderful stay in beautiful Estes Park. We hope to return some day.

Family Vacation

We met our 7 adult children in Estes Park and had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and more, including dryer sheets and a bidet! There was a ton of room, and the game/media room was the best. 7 person hot tub topped off every evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

The house was clean, spacious, updated and had plenty of things to do. Many games and even extra toys for young ones. It was close to everything in Estes Park. We even ran into some deer hanging out by the driveway. Being a coffee lover I thought having a small coffee bar stocked in the kitchen was a great touch. Especially before I could get to the store.

Great house for a group!

Great house! Very clean. Close to town and RMNP. Everything was as described. We were in town for a long weekend w our adult children. We enjoyed the game room, fire pit, hot tubs and deck. We would definitely stay here again!!

The perfect vacation rental for family & friends

This house was clean, well furnished, and had a ton of great amenities. It's also in the perfection location-- near restaurants, downtown Estes Park, and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National park. After a day of outdoors, my group had a great time playing the many games in the house, watching elk from the balcony, grilling, and enjoying the comfortable living room areas. Janell is super communicative too!

Family Mountain Trip

Janell could not be more pleasant to communicate with and rent with. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids under 4. The house was perfect for families with toys, baby gates, pack n plays, and kid friendly kitchenware. This house was a perfect location to get to and from RMNP (10 min drive to entrances). We would definitely look for this place again for our next mountain trip!

Loved this house!!

We stayed here with our adult "kids" (all 20-somethings), and it was wonderful! The house was spacious and comfortable, we were close to town without being in the middle of it all, and the owner was so helpful in communicating with us and making check-in and check-out simple. Fantastic!!

Best weekend ever

The property was great, location was great and all the amenities were great and well thought out. The grandkids enjoyed the games and movie picks. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were great. We truly enjoyed our stay and really would like to book it for next year for the same weekend.
