We loved our stay at Tranquility three! The rental was clean and had everything we needed. The pool table provided evenings of fun and the sound of the river right out back was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible view in a luxury cabin

Simply could not have asked for a better location and property. Stunning views, and right near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This house was amazing. Woke up to a herd of elk in the backyard. House views were breathtaking from every room. Very clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet getaway

Beautiful home on the river. The sound of the river flowing was so peaceful. Only 8 minutes from downtown. Will definitely stay again.

If You’re Looking for Quiet Getaway Book This Property!

My husband and I were looking for a nice quiet get away before the hustle and bustle of the holidays and this house and beautiful surroundings fit the bill! The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable with large windows showing off the scenery. The kitchen was the perfect size and bathrooms were lovely. All the bedrooms were well decorated with comfortable beds. Highly recommend and will stay again.

We’ve been staying here off and on for many years! It always feels like home to us. Everything we want to do from grabbing a bite to hiking is just minutes away. The Big T, pool table, windows for scenery and wildlife and rest. Love it!!!!

We stayed at Tranquility 3 for many years, it truly feels like our second home. The community of Estes Park is full of fine folks and we’ve come to call some our friends! Having RMNP near by and endless nature encounters is Colorado at its finest. After a busy day, having a place to hang your hat is the best!

Ideal Location

We LOVED this townhome, perched beside a bend in the river where we could enjoy the sound of rushing water and many elk coming to drink and graze. It is an end unit so lots of natural light too!

Property was clean and everything was working. Property managers responded quickly to our messages. Location is 10 min from park enterence.

Tranquility . . . a perfect name for this spot, right next to the river! We enjoyed our stay which included a beautiful snowfall towards then end of our trip. This place has everything we need, and so easy to access the park and downtown (despite the road construction). A+

Great trip

Great location and setup for our family of 6 adults. Close to park entrance and Estes. Advantage is don't have to drive through Estes to get to park entrance; located between the two. Pool table was fun evening activity. Saw some elk out the window. Caught several trout in river in backyard. Third stay in this home for a reason.

Beautiful Location

This is our second time staying at this property. Just can’t beat the river in the backyard, picturesque views, abundant windows and space for our whole family. The property is very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The wifi worked well. I will say that we were disappointed that the tv was not a smart tv so we were unable to use our streaming services. Also we were unable to get the dvd player to play movies. But we did enjoy spending time playing pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Easy Access to RMNP and Close to Main Street

The property had everything you need to cook or bbq. It was really close to a local market. We enjoy cooking breakfast and dinner and having lunch in town. The rooms were nicely furnished and the pool table was a hit in the evenings. The dining table is huge, so we did a puzzle on one end. Not too many tourists for this time of year, but the fires might have kept people away. We saw deer, hummingbirds, magpies, but no fish. That's ok. The weather was cool in the evenings and the nighttime breezes were great. This location does not have air-conditioning--no problem. Great time had by all!

Tranquility on the River Along with Lots of Fun

We rented Tranquility on the River units Three and Four to accommodate our kids and grandchildren. We wanted to spend a Christmas all together with an emphasis on experiences instead of gifts. With a base number of 13 ranging in age from 8 to 70-somethings, including teens, and college kids, it was more action-packed than tranquil, but it was what just we wanted. We played lots of games. The foosball and pool tables saw a lot of action, but we also had enough room for a variety of games, puzzles, watching holiday sports, shared meals and snacks. The location was great! We ran out of time to do everything on our list, but we bowled, rode the Mountain Coaster, spotted some wildlife, enjoyed the holiday lights, hung out together, and had a Christmas vacation none of us will ever forget. The Christmas trees were a hit. We added decorations and stockings. And, to the delight of our 8 year old, who wondered how he'd find us, Santa arrived. The big kids wrote Santa notes, made reindeer tracks and left footprints.

The location is unmatched during elk bugling season. There's a game trail across the river right outside. Easy park access. Beautiful house. They don't want you to play in the river, so let that factor in to your expectations. Highly recommend.

Relaxing

This vacation rental was great. We had elk walk right in front of the back window. It has great reviews. We did have a maintenance issue but it was taken care of promptly. The only complaint I have was that we were notified by management that they had to access our unit due to a wi fi issue in the unit next door and we were already gone on a hike without cell service so they allowed someone in our unit without our knowledge or the ability to be present.

Overall, nice place to spend the weekend

There were a few upkeep issues that we found, but the property manager was very quick to address them. Great location next to the river and huge beautiful windows overlook Rocky Mountain National Park.

Great location

Overall experience was great. We had a heram of elk in the back along the stream the whole weekend. What a great experience! Neighborhood was extremely quite and well out of the hustle and bustle of Estes Park. Location to RMNT entrance was ideal. Overall great property.

Stunning❣️

We went with friends for a birthday celebration and the view is stunning. I didn’t realize it didn’t have AC but between the fans and mountain air of leaving windows open it was great! Loved they had a pool table upstairs. Great communication when I sent a text. Very well stocked with everything! Thank you
