In Berry, near a village with essential shops and 10 minutes from the heart of Châteauroux, come and enjoy nature in a typical Berry-style house. On the ground floor, a large living room leads to a bedroom with a bathroom accessible for people with reduced mobility (manual wheelchair users), and a second bedroom with its own private bathroom and toilet. The cottage is equipped with fiber optic internet. A smart speaker is also provided.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet, and a landing ideal for relaxing evenings watching television, with a reading nook and a games area.

The upper floor of the cottage is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system.

Outside, the courtyard offers convenient parking and a pond with frogs. At the rear, accessible from the living room, is a terrace and a shaded garden where you can enjoy nature.

Riders are welcome with their horses, with a separate paddock available for €8 per day per horse. Dogs and cats are not permitted due to the presence of the owners' animals (dogs, cats, chickens, and horses). A shower seat is available.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
