Checked in with ease. My single communication with the host explained everything. House is cute and was nice and tidy inside. We did have to clean up the backyard prior to use, but I don’t suspect the host was aware. No big deal. The neighborhood is also decent, we did not feel unsafe or anything like that. Very convenient and within walking distance to Eufaula’s downtown strip. I expect to frequent Eufaula in the winter months…I’ll definitely return to the bungalow when I am with a smaller travel party! :)

Great Stay

This place was perfect for our family. It is in an excellent location, we all enjoyed walking around the historic neighborhoods and it was nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants. The place was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Very nice property. A lot bigger than the photos represent. Host was very responsive. One thing to note is that the 2 bathrooms in the property are both within bedrooms and not accessible without entering someone’s bedroom. This is important for those who might not be travelling with family. Overall a great place.

fishing trip

Nice place to stay for a fishing trip. It accommodates 2 boat/trailers, and convenient to ramps and dining. Not really a 3 bedroom and no common bath (2 bathrooms access is thru 2 bedrooms), but for our trip it was fine. Might need it next year.

Older home with need of flooring repairs

Spacious; older home in need of flooring repairs- nice hardwood floors but very uneven, sagging in one of the bedrooms that was a tripping hazard for someone in our group. Surrounded by lots of trees so pretty private but also trees cause bug issues, also needed bug treatment.

Just what we needed!

Great location within walking distance to downtown. Three beds/bedrooms. Clean and well-stocked. Easy check in and check out process. Comfortably sleeps 6. Suggestions: Add a few chairs to the front porch, add a pullout couch to the living room, and maybe even add a twin bed to the laundry room. Very spacious!
