Best of all, this home is pet-friendly, which means your furry family member can come along for the fun! Tucked in at the end of Carlton Landing's boardwalk, the optimal balance of privacy and location is achieved, with the pop-up shops, festival lawn, swim beach and food trucks and pool located just steps from your door!



The Space:

You'll be greeted with a charming white gate which opens into your private furnished and turfed courtyard at the front of the home. Twinkle lights overhead make this a lovely spot to enjoy the evenings. Step inside to beautiful interiors that give you a breezy coastal feeling as soon as you enter. A bench with hooks makes it easy to tidy away your beach gear near the front door. Wood-look tile floors, a soft sofa and rocking armchair, and cozy cocoon chair invite you to relax in the living room with a good book, or as you watch your favorite show on the smart tv. Open to the living room is the dining space and kitchen, complete with a wooden dining table for six, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The living room also features a couch with a full size pull out bed. A washer and dryer are available for your use, but hidden away behind closed doors in the hallway that leads to the two bedroom suites. Each suite boasts closet space for your luggage and plenty of hangers for your lake wardrobe, a smart tv, ceiling fans, windows with blinds, and colorful art and wallpapers. The primary suite includes a queen size bed and a ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and double vanities, plus a separate water closet room for extra privacy. The second suite has a full size bed with optional pull-out trundle, a single vanity, a shower/tub combo. This restroom has an additional door, accessible by the hallway so it can be reached without entering the bedroom if desired. At the end of the hallway there is an exterior door that opens to a small grassy area, mostly convenient for your pet to use, rather than using the turfed yard in the front.



Guest Access:

The home has one designated parking space, conveniently located just a few steps away from the front door. Walk through the shady courtyard to the private yard and front entrance of "Peace of Mind". You'll be staying in Bungalow B, second from the boardwalk in a row of six adorable cottages, tucked quietly into the landscaped courtyard nearest Carlton Landing's Water Street entertainment hub.



The Neighborhood:

Carlton Landing is actually a town, but it's closer in size to a resort neighborhood. Modeled after Seaside, Florida, you can experience quaint new urbanism right here at Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma. Community and Nature are prioritized, with parks, playgrounds, pools and restaurants, all within walking distance of each vacation home. A variety of world class architecture makes Carlton Landing a top photography destination. Your stay includes access to 3 community pools, a private sandy swim beach, fishing docks, sports courts, walking trails, and restaurants. Frequent planned activities and events include live music, outdoor movies, art and fitness classes and pop-up vendor shopping. Also on site seasonally, Lake Days Aqua Park offers non stop fun on the gigantic inflatable obstacle course as well as kayak, paddle board and lake cabana rentals. Getting Around:

The entire town of Carlton Landing is walkable, with sidewalks and boardwalks woven throughout. Bring your scooters and skateboards! Local rental companies make it easy to procure a golf cart for your stay. Golf carts can be nice for exploring, and for toting around your group and gear. Carlton Landing also has seasonal kayak and paddle board rentals for your lake recreation and we partner with a local marina so you can rent a boat while you're at the lake! Golf cart rentals and cruiser bike rentals are dropped off at your vacation home before you arrive and picked up on the day of your departure.



Other Things to Note:

Please pick up after your pet during each potty break. Carlton Landing does have a rule that dogs be on a leash anytime you are out and about in the neighborhood. Pet stations are located throughout the town in case you need to grab an extra bag or dispose of a potty bag. We want to continue to be pet-friendly for years to come! Interaction with Guests:

You'll have a door code for your vacation home and there won't be any need to meet up with your host. Hosts are accessible by email and phone during the duration of your stay.
