Inspired by the communities in Seaside, Florida, Carlton Landing provides its visitors diverse recreational activities such as boating, kayaking, walking, and biking on wooded trails, while preserving the natural setting of the glistening lake. It is a true family-friendly location with plenty to do.

    The Residence Club's residences feature elegant interior designs created to mimic that of a vacation home in Rosemary Beach, Florida. There are three types of residences; all feature a gourmet kitchen, great room with wood flooring and fireplace. The three-bedroom Park Street residences include a small balcony with view of the lake and Park Street. The four-bedroom Lakeview residences include an expansive balcony with dining space for you to enjoy a meal while gazing over the sparkling lake at sunset . For maximum relaxation and ample space, stay in the four-bedroom Veranda residence, also with an expansive balcony, beautifully furnished for supreme dining and lounging.

    Regardless of the season, Carlton Landing offers countless activities and adventures. The Marina and Boat Club provides access to beautiful Lake Eufaula during the summer season, while the many hiking trails are excellent during the fall.     All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Prime Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying at Carlton Landing. This is by far the BEST home we have stayed at in terms of location. This is prime real estate being across the street from the pizza place and volleyball and very close to the beach, pools, gym, etc. We would absolutely consider staying in this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 15 stayed in units 6,7, and 8. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed all the activities and rented a boat from the Carlton Landing Marina for a day. One of the ovens was not clean but the management company sent someone up to clean it soon after we called.

View of the lake is beautiful- Sunrise in the porch is worth waking up for! Close to all the amenities Carlton Landing had to offer. Loved our stay here!

Great spot in Carlton Landing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at this apartment. It's very centrally located and great for a family. The kitchen was stocked with necessary pots, pans, etc. to cook. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I had to contact the manager a couple of times with minor questions, and they were very responsive. I would recommend coming later in the week, as most things are closed on Mon/Tues, and also be prepared to cook because there aren't many dining options in the community.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioner didn't work part of our stay and was miserable but Lakestay was very attentive and send air conditioning guys fast as possible but it was twice it happened in our four night stay. Also several door handles were loose or off, and one shower head was loose spraying all over the bathroom. Also shower has very little pressure. Place is smaller than it looks in the pictures but was fine for us. Place is really nice and love the area close to pool, lake, and beach. Place was clean except for balcony, had two different places with old dry dog poop, which is weird as it says no pets allowed, also was upstairs and elevator was out for a couple of days so made unloading and carrying everything up the stairs, luckily none of us was handicap. But overall would give it a A and would stay again.
