Perched on a peaceful hillside overlooking the cove, Edgewater offers private dock access, a covered boat slip, a nearby sandy beach, and room for up to 12 guests. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a fishing weekend, or a week at the lake with friends, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy everything Lake Eufaula has to offer.

Built for Family and Friends

Edgewater comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and was designed with groups in mind.

Inside you’ll find two living rooms, a game room with Pop-A-Shot basketball and other games, a large bunk room with four full-size beds and a TV, a mudroom for fishing gear and lake toys, and a downstairs beverage station with a mini fridge.

Whether you’re gathering for a family vacation, fishing trip, birthday celebration, or simply a few days away from the city, there’s room for everyone.

Outdoor Living with a View

One of our favorite features is the large wraparound deck overlooking the water.

Sitting high above the cove, the deck offers beautiful views from sunrise to sunset and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the lake.

The deck includes a hot tub (available Labor Day through Memorial Day), hanging chairs, rocking chairs, outdoor dining space, a five-burner gas grill, seasonal outdoor TV, and a fire pit for evening gatherings.

Lake Life Starts Here

A short walk down the path takes you to the private dock where you can fish, swim, launch your boat, or simply relax by the water.

Guests are welcome to use the covered 12x20 boat slip, and larger boats can tie off alongside the dock. Bring two boats if you’d like. A soft sandy beach is also just a short walk away and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, floating, or spending the day with the kids.

Included with Your Stay

We provide several ways to enjoy the water, including a kayak, paddle boat, and a two-person fishing boat equipped with a trolling motor.

Whether you’re chasing crappie, cruising the shoreline, exploring the cove, or simply floating in the water, there’s something here for everyone.

Modern Comforts

Edgewater includes gig-speed fiber internet, smart TVs, Google smart-home controls, a fully stocked kitchen, and parking for up to seven vehicles.

The kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, crockpot, hot dog maker, and plenty of cookware for feeding a crowd.

Explore the Area

Located less than two hours from both Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Edgewater is close to many of Lake Eufaula’s favorite destinations.

The Cut is only a short boat ride away, while the dam cliffs, Eufaula Cove, local boat ramps, UTV trails, restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment are all nearby. Walmart grocery pickup in Checotah makes stocking the house easy before arrival.

A Year-Round Lake Escape

While summer is our busiest season, Edgewater is just as enjoyable in the fall, winter, and spring. Cool evenings around the fire pit, quiet mornings on the dock, and relaxing weekends away from the crowds make the lake a completely different experience during the off-season.
