Start your day with a coffee and a pastry from Sweet Life Patisserie. After dinner at Beppe & Gianni, Agate Alley Bistro or Hey Neighbor Pizza make sure to grab an ice Cream from Prince Pucklers or a night cap at McMenamin's.
The basement has a large screen TV, a Foosball table and dart board to entertain both kids and adults. With one king bed, three queen beds, and a full bed. It's perfect for families or small groups. All bathrooms have a hair dryer for convenience.

Great stay in Eugene! Excellent location and host was super responsive and helpful. Very nostalgic to my UofO days.

Very nice property. Great location and communication. Only wish would be air conditioning, but realize in the Northwest a lot of older homes don't have that.

Great location, just a couple blocks to campus and an easy walk to restaurants, a convenience store, ice cream, and a beautiful park.The living room setup was perfect, with a comfortable spot for everyone, and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffee and the option to cook meals.We loved the front porch and enjoyed watching Eugene go by. We also had fun playing darts and foosball. Check-in was very easy with off-street parking, and the host was extremely responsive with any questions. The house was very clean.We’ve stayed at quite a few places while visiting our daughter at the University of Oregon, and this is the first one where we all agreed we would absolutely book again.
