  • Come Visit Record breakers Lodge! This home is able to house 10 guests! Record Breakers has recently been remodeled and is 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 spacious living areas and features a gorgeous stone countertop kitchen. Relax on the deck, in the hot tub or lounge on the patio! This home provides its guests with ample privacy but enables them to explore Eugene! Surrounded by delicious eats, sporty recreation fields and a brand new olympic trials stadium!!Come and explore all Eugene has to offer!

    At the front door is an easy and secure keyless entry! The house opens up into a living room with ample space for hanging out and watching tv on the flat screen! On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a flat screen TV, a bathroom and a door leading out to the patio, deck and hot tub! The door to the left of the dining room leads upstairs; in the upstairs you will find a small living space as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the downstairs living space there is one bedroom, one bathroom, and a grand living space with a flat screen TV!

    You will be able to access the entire house, except for the small cleaning and stocking closets and eves! Once you enter feel free to explore! Please don`t hesitate to park your car in the spaces adjacent to alley way at the back of the home! Access codes will be given for the Back gate leading to the back yard and front door leading into the house!

    The Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a getaway!

    For Transportation from the house to activities is available through Uber and Lyft. You can also use Peace Health bikes to explore the town! Just download the app for all of these features and your on your way!

    Pets allowed, fee will be charged
    Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside. $400 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house with a door or window open so that the house smells of smoke on the inside.

We visited Eugene to watch a softball game at the University of Oregon. This house was absolutely perfect for us as it is less than a five minute walk to the venue. House is awesome, great accommodations, we really enjoyed our stay. If we find ourselves returning to Eugene, we would definitely book this again.

Great Location and house!

We had a large group of family and friends stay here for the high school state meet. It is conveniently located close to Hayward Field and in the heart of Eugene. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are couches and space for more sleeping arrangements. Thanks for the great stay!

Base Camp for tired athletes

It was clean and had a great kitchen that had amazing pots and pans and plenty of dishware! We loved the hot tub and the additional spaces for our group to relax.

Charming and great location

The house was charming and close to Hayward field. Comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out, and relaxing back yard. It was great for a large family.

Great spot near Hayward Field!

Great, clean house in an awesome neighborhood right next to campus. We had a great time, and the house was just as described. Bedrooms are clean bathrooms are clean kitchen was clean, and the location was fantastic!

Great location

We have stayed this property for the last two years with our club volleyball team on tournament weekends. Its a perfect space to prepare meals and can sleep the whole team comfortably. The owner of the property is very prompt with any questions we had about check in. Thank you for another great stay!

Wonderful Stay with Family

This house was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We shopped in Eugene and then enjoyed the home. There was more than enough space for all 8 of us. The house is so charming and the host is extremely responsive, we had a lovely stay.

If you're looking for a nice, safe home a few blocks from UofO, then this is a good place to start! Maxwell is an excellent host and you'll be in good hands!

Great location

We had 10 family members staying in this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation! There was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the back deck! The neighborhood is beautiful and we were able to walk to campus and local restaurants!

I'd highly recommend this house - everything was as described and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was very well stocked and we really appreciated all of the special touches including the towels for each guest folded on the beds and the water bottles in the rooms. Great location and a ton of space for a large group

Our group (prospective U of O students and parents) had a very positive experience staying in this house. Easy walk to campus, several restaurants, and a coffee shop. Other locations were a short drive away.

When booking the property, I was happy to find a large property to house myself and fellow sorority moms. The check in process was fantastic, and was allowed to check in early to u July kk , which was appreciated.

Location and Comfort

This home feels like home! We had family come in from out of state and we all met up in Eugene! From spending time out front throwing the football around to nights by the fire, it was perfect! Maxwell was readily available and quick to respond to all questions.

Softball Stay

Our family spent the weekend to take part in the Cooper the Dog Softball Tournament in Junction City. Perfect location to get to the games and back to enjoy and relax in all the amenities the home had to offer. Everything was perfect, neat, comfortable and spotless.

Let’s Do this Again!!!!!

We had 10 of us over to this Gorgeous House. We all live in Springfield but wanted a house that we could stay a couple nights in over Christmas instead of just a few hours here and there, and still be close enough to take quick trips home to feed the pets! This place was perfect for us. We highly recommend staying here!!!!

Wonderful house

The house was very charming, nicely furnished and in a great neighborhood. The brand new hot tub was a bonus. We had moms and daughters staying together and it worked perfectly. Maxwell was very attentive and a wonderful host.

Great stay for a group!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and an excellent location to Hayward. The kitchen and dining space is comfortable for a group for cooking and eating in. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there, but we were given notice of this issues and appropriately refunded.
