Great, roomy home. Huge TV’s, great beds and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Very quiet, and really nice neighbors.

The place is very small. Reminded me of a "dive motel" It smelled of mold and pinesol so bad I couldn't breath. Also if you have anyone come over for longer than 15 min they will charge you. I couldn't stay there, and when VRBO and I called them to ask if they would refund me since I hadn't stayed there, they said yes initially then two days later after receiving nothing they claimed that they didn't say they would. So 855.00 later for a place I was in for 20min. Seems unreasonable.

The place accomidated all 8 of us. They have comfortable beds. It was close to town. Just so you know, there is a school across the street, but it didn’t seem to be an issue. The neighbors were friendly! The host was very attentive and answered quickly.

Beautiful big house. Enough room for all the kids and a nice little back yard for our puppy. Plenty of kitchen items and essentials like coffee and filters! Dishwasher and washing machine easy to navigate. Extra toothbrush was so appreciated as one of my kids left their entire bag at home. Nice to have stores so close too since we had to run to get her new outfits for the weekend!

Honestly, we thought we had found “our place!” Our son has moved to Eureka and we know we will be visiting frequently in the future. The house is very comfortable and our dog was welcome which is critical. The neighborhood is good for dog walks. Some of the neighbors were a bit hostile but we were able to ignore them. When we arrived, we found the trash cans full, the washer AND dryer running, and a shattered glass in the freezer. We took the trash out, finished, folded, and put away the laundry, and got the shattered glass out of the freezer. My husband and I pride ourselves on leaving a place nicer than we found it. We noticed that there was only one kitchen towel so we went a bought two more. We swept the floor daily. We knew there were Ring cameras but we didn’t feel violated or "watched.” Then we had our son, his girlfriend and 5 year old son over for dinner. They arrived after 6 pm and left around 9. We had such a pleasant evening with them. Then I received the message that since we had guests, we would be charged extra. I was shocked. I was informed that it was in the rental contract. I knew that if we had additional guest stay overnight, we would be charge which makes sense due to more beds being used and more towels, water, etc. But to be charged for 3 visitors for 3 hours was dumbfounding. I have been using vacation rental properties for 30 years and I have NEVER been charged a fee for inviting friends or family over for dinner. We won’t return.

Family Trip

We were very impressed with how clean the house was. At first glance, we were concerned there would not be enough room for all our family units to have the space they needed. We had the parents and 3 grown siblings with their families. This set up was just right for us. The only time we bumped elbows was due to too many cooks in the kitchen!

Made Our Trip Stress-Free

This house made our family trip so easy. It's rare to find a place that’s both spacious and well-equipped, but this one hit all the marks. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was important for a few of us working remotely, and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking in. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having multiple bathrooms and plenty of towels. The location near the zoo and local restaurants was also a plus. Big thanks to the host for being so organized and helpful!

So Thoughtful and Comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating this home was for a larger group. There were so many thoughtful touches—from extra linens and air mattresses to easy-to-use appliances and lots of seating. The living area was great for hanging out, and the garage space gave us room to spread out. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, and the host was quick to answer questions. Definitely one of the better group accommodations we've booked.

Plenty of Room for the Whole Family

We had a great stay! I brought my extended family, and this home had plenty of beds and space for everyone. The layout was really convenient, and we especially appreciated how clean and well-kept the place was when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there were more than enough towels and linens. The location is perfect—tucked in a quiet area but still very close to the zoo and other local spots. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future family visits to Eureka.

Felt Like Home Right Away

We stayed here for a short getaway and were so happy with our choice. The house is spacious and thoughtfully stocked, making it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. We had kids with us, and the proximity to the zoo was a big win. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of clean towels and linens for everyone. It was also great to have parking on-site and a functional kitchen for quick meals. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Worked Perfectly for Our Big Group

This place is ideal for large families or work crews. Tons of space, very clean, and close to local attractions. The house had a bonus garage area which came in handy, and the host made everything really easy with clear, friendly communication.
