The Space:

Spring Haven Retreat by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful country setting of Eureka. The tiny house is just a short drive past Federal, Coorabell, and Ewingdale, Byron Bay is only 27 minutes away.



Discover Byron Bay’s beauty—Main Beach for sun and surf, Tallow Beach for peace, and Cape Byron Lighthouse for stunning ocean views. Inland, explore Minyon Falls, Whian Whian Falls, and the hidden gem of Killen Falls, perfect for nature lovers and swimmers alike.



Enjoy a relaxing stay at Byron Bay’s holiday homes, providing the perfect base to explore this picturesque region. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers serene views of the Byron Hinterland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities.



These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and are free to explore the surrounding areas.



Pre orders available with 24 hrs notice:

- Pets are allowed but a cleaning fee of $20 is charged cash left for the cleaner .

- Firewood provided at extra cost $45 will include wood kindling, firelighters, matches (can be purchased from Clunes Store)



The Neighborhood:

Spring Haven Retreat by Tiny Away sits in Eureka, just 15 minutes from villages like Federal, Clunes, Bangalow, and Eltham – all known for fresh organic produce and unique local products.



Eureka’s holiday homes are also close to Byron Produce Market, Lismore Farmers Markets, and Channon Markets. It’s a peaceful rural getaway with the closest Byron Bay accommodation, giving you easy access to beaches, shops, and everything the area has to offer.



Visit stunning Byron Bay beaches like Main Beach, Wategos, and Tallow Beach. Explore Minyon Falls in Nightcap National Park for great views and walking tracks.



Check out Whian Whian Falls and Killen Falls – both perfect for a short walk and a swim. Discover Whian Whian State Forest, rich in wildlife, and don’t miss the Byron Bay Lighthouse for amazing ocean views from Australia’s easternmost point.

- 1 hr drive from Gold Coast

If you're interested, local villages are only a 7-minute drive away.



By public transport:



- There are Taxis & Ubers. For more info, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance.



Other Things to Note:

- Gas BBQ grill is available

- The water is drinkable and free

- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed

- We have a fire pit/BBQ area for guest use

- Mobile phone reception has a good signal.

- No smoking inside the tiny home except in designated areas

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are limited to one (1) with 24 hours' prior notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. Full pet policy will be provided before arrival.

- Pets are allowed but a cleaning fee of $20 is charged cash left for the cleaner .



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
