  • Quaint Victorian cottage, sleeps six. Includes two full bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, full furnished kitchen on large serene lot adjoining Leatherwood creek and nestled up against the bluff of East Mountain yet within easy walking distance to the shops, clubs and restaurants of downtown Eureka Springs. Free parking for up to five cars. Enjoy the peaceful Ozark surroundings but leave your car at the cottage and enjoy the nightlife of Eureka Springs.

Nice historical cottage with antique furniture. Close enough to downtown to walk and only five minutes by car. Beds were very comfortable. Stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep if you have mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Host was very helpful with the information before arriving to our destination. Once there , we enjoyed everything about the property as usual. It’s our favorite place to get away. We make so many memories there and we intend on going back.

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location and is walking distance to downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and check in / check out was a breeze. I hope I have the chance to stay again!

The cottage is adorable and the host was very welcoming. The location is perfect. Beds were comfortable and cozy.My only complaint is the heating system. It was a cold weekend and the inside did not warm more than 62 degrees.

We enjoyed our stay at the house so much. It was it a great location, close to food and places we wanted to visit. The house was comfortable, clean, and we recommend it highly.

Updated Historic Home Close to Everything

The home was very unique and clean. We enjoyed the porches and the close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Gary was an excellent host.

Comfortable inside, but did not expect so many stairs to the bedrooms. Comfortable beds, nice spacious bathrooms and jacuzzi. Outside needs landscaping and a coat of paint would make the house sparkle. Loved the location, just a short drive to downtown Eureka Springs.
