Beautiful, tall windows allowed for a great view of the water. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. Each room has a split unit and it stays cool, even on the hottest of Arkansas days. Great place to stay if you are exploring the area.

Lodge is fabulous for large groups. Plenty of space inside and out. View of Lake is awesome. Close enough to Eureka Springs and a nice escape form the hustle of tourism there. Communication with host was easy. A fun stay in historic Beaver Town, AR! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We had a small youth group for church and 5 adults. There was plenty of room and parking for our personal vehicle and our church van. One of the smaller rooms didn’t have air but a fan was left for us to use and it was manageable during our stay. We loved being right on the water. The host was easy to reach. We would stay here again.

The Host was excellent responding to any questions we had. We not only hosted a big family event the host was helpful in arranging the parking which was super helpful. The view is awesome and the layout of the venue was perfect.

This is a unique property in a wonderful setting. We had 14 in the group and never felt cramped with the large living room and great outdoor deck area, both overlooking the lake. We could all set inside and watch the large screen TV which worked great. The outdoor areas were very wooded and the lawns were lush. We rented party boats for two of our days there and that was a real treat. The marina was close and the people were very friendly and informative. Grocery store close also. Eureka Springs is a one of a kind place and close enough for a day trip or evening for dinner. Branson is not too far with lots of activities, entertainment and eats. We all had a great family reunion.

The place was great. It's a very old building renovation. Be ready for the warm cabin feel where everything is just comfortable. Location was perfect. You are 20 min to Eureka Springs, minutes to the marina. Be prepared for winding roads EVERYWHERE you go! So curvy. We had a small issue with a leak when it rained and Erin was awesome at being responsive and taking care of the issue. She also answered when I called looking for passes. Highly recommend to others.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our wedding weekend super beautiful, spacious , clean , and our host was just as amazing. Responded quickly to any inquires and was so helpful and accommodating for our big family! For sure would go back to stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! The common space was absolutely perfect for our group. We spent so much time gathered around doing puzzles, sharing meals, and just enjoying each other’s company.One of the best parts was that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it feel both comfortable and private for each person. The home itself was quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group!

House was as represented in the ad. The structure is old but remodeled well and clean. Very quiet venue. Enjoyed ourselves.

We had an amazing stay! We came in for our wedding Friday night and stayed until Sunday morning. We were able to have our wedding party under one roof, everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of space. The scenery was amazing and made for beautiful wedding pictures! We were able to have our hair stylist and photographer come in and make our experience very smooth! We will most definitely be back!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with attached baths. The living area is comfortable and large enough to accommodate lots of activity. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-appointed. The huge island with barstools and pub tables on the side assure that there’s room for everyone to spread out and have a spot to sit. We enjoyed the fireplace - the rack of wood right outside the door was quite handy. Erin was very responsive and helpful throughout the visit! We would recommend this stay and will be coming back!

Perfect for Group Travel!

With private bathrooms in each bedroom, this was a perfect place for a group! Amazing view, peaceful neighborhood, close proximity to historic downtown. We loved it!

Perfect for Girlfriend getaway

Quiet area and great view. Only about 15 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. With bathrooms attached to most rooms it really made the stay pleasant.
