This home was absolutely beautiful. The view was breathtaking and it was so peaceful. The melodies coming from the wind chimes on the back porch were so soothing. The kitchen had everything we needed and most of what we wanted. From the coffees to the expressos, the seasonings and the appliances, dishes and the utensils was everything we needed. The bedrooms were beautiful and it felt like home. The house was clean from top to bottom. The host was easily contacted, entry into the home was easy. The lake view was amazing and so relaxing. If I ever vacation in Eureka Springs again, I would definitely come back and stay at this home.

This property was everything you see AND MORE!! It is stunning, a perfect layout for large groups, immaculate, and they have stocked pretty much anything that you can think of! Plenty of towels and accommodations for all, super roomy, all the kitchen and bath things - even bottles of mouthwash and a water pik if needed. The robes in the master bath are just the perfect final touch. Each room has a sound machine, and the docking station in the main bedroom was so convenient. The fire pit is cozy, perfectly set up, and equipped with all you need, even utensils for s’mores! The two chairs on the bank for morning coffee were utilized every day. We are already looking at when we can return and book again for a couples trip. The yard and lake area were perfect for my daughter’s wedding photos. I cannot say enough great things about the property and really hope to be there again sooner rather than later!!
Two single kayaks are provided for a great time in nature
We loved the fire pit!
Geese and other wildlife every day!
Heaters are provided to stay cozy in the cool nights!

Perfect Lakefront was indeed perfect! With so many rentals becoming simply investment properties, this place felt like a home. The kitchen contained everything, and then some, needed to prepare large meals. The views from the balcony are as described, prefect! We enjoyed watching the deer and geese in the backyard.made The provided firepit with its ample seating was an awesome way to spend the evenings as a family. The home is very clean and decorated to make you feel at home. The furniture and bedding were all comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely return and spend some more time fishing and just hanging out at this home.

The host was very welcoming, friendly by a very nice home with several amenities that there's no need to go anywhere. The house was spacious. There are things to do and outside of the house. Please beware the garage is not available.

Friends and I stayed here for a few nights to have a getaway. Everyone LOVED this house and went on and on about how nice it was. It was so clean and smelled fresh and new. There was plenty of space for all 9 adults to have room to never feel cramped. The ONLY thing was that the information for checking out was confusing. Was sent one thing by email but upon arrival there was a longer list in the kitchen. We ended up following both lists but it would have been nice if it was consistent. So if that’s our only problem (which was totally doable) I’d say it was a wonderful stay!!

Lakeside Living is the perfect place to stay in Eureka Springs. The home is modern, beautiful and stocked with all the essentials. All of the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. The outside living spaces are very nice. The balcony has comfortable seating and was a great place to hang out. Deer came by to visit and we got to see bald eagles. The property owner is friendly and helpful. Excellent communication, Nicki responded quickly when I had questions. If you are planning a trip to Eureka, I highly recommend staying here.

This VRBO is outstanding! It is absolutely beautiful! The home has anything you could ever need. It is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable as is everything in the home. We had a group of 9 women for a weekend getaway and the home accomodated us all very comfortably. The host was lovely and extremely communicative. We loved everything about this VRBO!

Great views! Lots of bedrooms with big comfy beds! Beautiful decks! The walk-in lake was great for the little ones and the water was so warm! One note: the beach is really rocky and hurts the feet. We wished we'd had water shoes.

Great Family Getaway

Amazing house fully furnished with anything you would need. Kayaks needed a little repair but handy to have. Large pontoon boat rental at marina was in real need of hydraulic work and didn’t steer well otherwise good location for pick up from the house. Site seeing within an hours drive in all directions provided addition activities. Enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, evening sunset a little warm till it lowers behind the bluff. Telescope provided nice viewing of eagles perched across the lake on the bluff. Fire pit a nice gathering place in the evening. Only improvement needed are the mattresses. Most had foam toppers but had dips on each side where you sleep. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Perfect Lake House

The house is amazing and the lake is amazing, there’s nothing not to like. We have never stayed in a VRBO home that was equipped like this one. If you forgot something, it’s there. The whole family enjoyed the kayaks, even the 10-year-old could master them. Even though it was June, we made a fire every night, the fire pit is so inviting and equipped with everything you need that you had to use it. Deer even came up into the yard while we were sitting outside around the fire. If we had any questions, Nikki responded within five minutes every time. It was a wonderful week!

Beautiful Home w/ breathtaking view

I have stayed in many VRBO’s. This home doesn’t compare with any of the places I’ve stayed at. The owners have truly made it a priority to stock it with anything that would ever be needed. The property truly is a place where you can relax and enjoy nature. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would. I will definitely be renting it again. I am beyond thrilled I found this beautiful home on VRBO

When the weather is lacking, this home will provide

The weather did not cooperate with our Spring Break plans one bit, yet our stay was nothing short of perfect! The views are immaculate from every room and the porches are straight out of a nature/decor magazine.This home embodies comfort and style. No detail was missed. The Host was curtipus and accommodating. If we ever return to the area, this is the only place that we will stay at. .

The BEST of the BEST!

This property is no short of amazing. The attention to every little detail is absolutely extraordinary. There is nothing more than our family could have wanted in a vacation rental. Upon walking in, the house was identical to the photos (which is rare) the house smelled like a high end hotel. Every bedroom decorated beautifully, the mattresses were so comfortable you didn’t want to get out of bed. Everything from the pots and pans to the flashlights and Board games, it was picture perfect and made our Christmas as a family the most memorable yet. You will not be disappointed when booking this property, it was worth every penny and more! We can’t wait to take our family back to experience it again.
