This loft was perfect for three of us visiting downtown Eureka Springs. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Even so, the location was quiet and felt very private. Highly recommend!

Amazing property, beautiful space. Close to all restaurants and bars. Parking was difficult. We ended up parking several streets below the unit and taking the stairs up multiple levels. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Other than that- property owners were great to work with and everything was so convenient!

Loved the property and location! Very nice to have supplies provided (coffee, laundry soap). Comfortable, super convenient location for shopping. The parking wasn't ideal but we managed...a massive rainstorm with the car blocks away was the main problem! We normally don't need a washer/dryer but that was useful this time. The washer is VERY loud when spinning so need to do that when away.

A Heart-Opening Family Escape

Our family of 6 found something really special here.We’ve been to Eureka before, but this was our first time staying at this spot—and it felt like we stepped into a little pocket of magic. This space wrapped us in warmth and comfort the moment we arrived. That big, beautiful couch cradled our tired bodies and full hearts after long days spent exploring, laughing, and tasting the best of town.The location? Absolutely dreamy. You walk out the door and you're in it—surrounded by shops, cafes, and that unmistakable Eureka soul.But what we’ll remember most: the tall windows that opened to the heartbeat of the street below. We sat and watched the world go by, and when we opened those windows—oh, the music. The sound of guitars drifting up from the street became our nightly lullaby.This wasn’t just a stay. It was a pause. A reconnection. A reminder of how good it feels to slow down and be together.Thank you for giving us that. We’ll absolutely be back.

Perfect EVERYTHING

Not only was this property the perfect location for our girls trip, the interiors were roomy and SO cute! I’m an interior designer and was impressed! The owner was so kind and prompt with all communication too. I highly recommend this property.

Downtown Delight

This condo is attractive, clean, comfortable (we had four adults in our party), and in the perfect location for enjoying downtown Eureka Springs. The owners provided excellent parking and sight seeing recommendations and were extraordinarily responsive to all inquiries that we had. If you like being in the middle of the action (and can handle stairs), this is the place for you!

Perfect location

We attended a wedding at the Basin Hotel and it was so close. A very short walk down the sidewalk to the hotel. I had no idea there were such nice places located right downtown. We were very pleased with the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen & living room. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

The property is just as advertised. Clean and all the right amenities if you are looking to stay right in the middle of the downtown area. Open the windows and hear all the happenings of the folks walking up and down the sidewalks with some occasional street performers as well. Close to everything. Communication with Dalton was easy and fast. An A host.

Excellent location!! Beautiful condo

Spent two nights at condo enjoying sights and sounds of Eureka Springs. The location was perfect. Parking difficult to find. Once found and you pay the daily $10 fee you don’t want to move. Master bedroom was nice, bed was a king and was firm. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms could use bed upgrades. Not very supportive

Top Notch Stay

This property was perfectly located near many of the natural springs, restaurants, and all the shops. The property was clean and had ample space. Decor was really nice and everything was comfortable. My family really enjoyed their stay. The only downfall to the property was that parking is not included and is difficult to find due to the steep streets and limited parking overall.

This property is in a great area downtown. The rooms were clean and the couch was amazingly comfortable. The only downside to this property is steps and parking. The entrance to the condo has steps directly next to it. So, if you were leaving the condo there are steps to the left to go down to the street door. So be careful. Also, the master bedroom has a step up after you open the door to bedroom. Someone could fall going down the step to open the door. It’s hard to explain. The master bedroom locks from the den/dining area so don’t get locked in the master bedroom. The laundry area is in the master bedroom as well. Parking was not bad during the week. However, we had a hard time finding a parking spot during the weekend.

Terrific vacation spot!!

It’s exactly as advertised, lots of space and lots of charm. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was outstanding!! Right in the middle of everything but still very quiet inside. Will definitely stay here again!
