Small and cozy old cottage. Issue is with the parking. It's really not defined but is next to the cabin side. If you have a car that is not small, good luck. When the person of the first apartment (cabin is just feet from a converted house to 4 apartments) parks, you can't get to the spot. May need to clear the spot of limbs and rocks forst. Really does not look like a legal parking location.

Wonderful stay! All the necessities provided for a great weekend. Nice, quiet area with friendly locals. Be on the lookout for Ricki though....she's the sweetest Yorkie that will steal your heart Easy communication with the hosts, highly recommend staying here when visiting Eureka Springs.

Parking SUCKED, floor in kitchen was very spongey, AC not cooling because i pulled the filter and was very very dirty cleaned the filter and worked better. Other than those issues our stay was quiet, good neighbors, and the VRBO was clean.

Very cute and great location

We loved the location and it had everything we needed. We loved getting to walked up to Wanderoo bar, around the neighborhood and it was also a short walk into town. It is uphill on the way back but we wanted the exercise! It has a slight musty smell but that is to be expected with older buildings. Overall, we had a great experience here!

Great little house

Nice house in a great location right on the trolley route. Easy walking to other amenities. It was nice to sit on the covered patio and enjoy a glass a wine. A beautiful little gem.

Wonderful get away

We had a great weekend in Eureka Springs and this little cottage was perfect for us. You won't fit more than two in the cottage but that was all we needed. Sitting on the porch with morning coffee was fantastic. Nice little place.

Girls Getaway

The cottage was adorable and perfect for our short stay. The floor plan was excellent with ability to close off main room for the early riser to have kitchen, bathroom and porch access without disturbing the late sleeper. The bathroom is small but doable. Would stay again if in the area. All the neighbors were very friendly.
