After a careful exit off the highway to avoid a pothole we were ecstatic at the secluded location with its riverfront and firering location, yet still close to town for a quick grocery pickup. Close enough to several hiking trails when we did leave the site.”

“They house was so kitchy-fun, and the view was unbeatable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the beds were quite comfortable! We hope to make this an annual tradition and stay again closer to summer so we can take advantage of the many toys/boats that come with the place.”

The home was very spacious and allowed for us to cook nice meals, have family dinners, and play games in the living room. The biggest convenience was how close the grocery store was. The only issue i had is the property is shown as handicap accessible but the 2 steps entering the house and the sunken living room make it difficult for someone fully wheelchair bound...i will definitely stay again”

“This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in town visiting family. The house was super clean, a great location, quiet and peaceful. The beds were SO comfortable and the linens were much nicer than many of the places we've stayed at previously. The property was stocked with everything we might need during the stay and the host was readily available if there were any issues...and we had none. “Mt two children and I enjoyed our stay at John Paul’s place. This is a new renovation, so everything is very clean and new. Lake Serene was very pleasant and the host provides a kayak for two, standup paddleboards and two pedal boats. My children really enjoyed paddling around the lake and it made them sleep very well.
