But it is not plumbed so no ice/cold water and no ice cube trays provided. There are cutlery and dishes provided but you must wash them in the bathroom sink. “We were very comfortable here but would suggest that they enlarge address on their home and let people know that they are renting a house in their back yard. Gate being closed repeatedly cutting off entrance and exit was a real problem. ”
