“We had a great week here as a family of four. The place was spotless and ready for us to settle right in. The lighted path to the water was pure magic. And our kiddos loved the swing set in between beach adventures. There was no shortage of inspirational signs to remind us we were living our best “life at the lake.” All in all, it was a cozy and comfortable home base for our South Shore adventures.”

“Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies.”

“Beautiful area, great location for ease of exploring close to Lake Superior. Adorable house to stay in!”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of room for us and two other couples. Kitchen was stocked with anything we could possibly need. Ashley was quick to respond when there was an issue with the tv and it was resolved within 15 minutes. She was also excellent at sharing advice about the area and was able to provide some local recommendations for rock hounding! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“This is an older property that's well kept up. The main bathroom is large and very nice - great if you have a group of women getting ready at the same time! We didn't go downstairs at all so cannot speak for those amenities but the rest of the house was comfortable. We needed 3 bedrooms so this worked out great for us. ”
