“This property ticked all the boxes for us. Very spacious, well appointed, clothes line just outside esp as we had our own washing machine. Decor was fresh and kitchen great for preparing meals. Bed very comfy too. Bathroom looks recently refurbished but although there is a little trolley and a tiny wall cabinet, there isn't really anywhere to spread toiletries. “We absolutely loved our stay here. The loft bedroom was perfect for the kids. The outdoor (second) bathroom was super convenient and quite a novelty. The proximity to the pool was great. And the town was a very easy walk across the street. We never wanted to leave. We used the grill and the washing machine and drying line. The area is quiet and we slept so well. “This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door ”
