“From initial pre-stay phone call through registration to finally checking out, the staff were helpful, informative and friendly. None of our questions and requests were of any problem to the staff, to which they responded promptly and professionally. The room was beautifully presented and the bathroom huge with separate walk-in shower and bath. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this magnificent hotel to any friend, relative or casual reader of this review.

“Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay.
Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. ”
