“While Dayton is a smaller community, the Dayton Inn and the town itself exceeded our expectations! This hotel has 12 beautifully appointed rooms with exceptional upgrades such as heated towel bars in the bathroom, afternoon wine and cheese social and wonderful bedding. The manager cheerfully greeted us at check in and although our room wasn't ready, she provided many options in town to consider while we waited. “Grounds and room were wonderful. One star off bc breakfast fell short. Pastries and beverages were good, but “hot” breakfast was lukewarm, premade and just heated up, not made to order. I barely ate any of it. Not up to the standard of what would be expected from such a lovely property in the middle of a farm. We have stayed at multiple b & bs in the area and this was the worst food by far. I would recommend setting a time for breakfast, or asking guests what time they’d like breakfast the next...
