Welcome to the Paul Huc estate

Straddling the former estate manager's house and the old aging cellar, this magnificent 90 m² apartment will enchant you with its light and comfort. Its large 100 m² terrace offers a spacious, private, and intimate outdoor area.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned. It comprises a living/dining room, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, cooktop with extractor hood, blender, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and clothes drying rack. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Two lovely bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180/200 cm) or two single beds (90 cm) upon request, a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, and hair straightener. A TV with digital terrestrial television is also provided. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request, free of charge.

The private 100 m² terrace includes a table and chairs, sun loungers, a parasol, and a Weber BBQ. Parking in the main courtyard of the estate is free. There is a large communal outdoor area with a swimming pool, garden, vegetable patch, swing set, and picnic tables.
