“Our host forgot we were coming, did not have check-in instructions or access, and did not respond to message or phone call. We had reserved this property to move my daughter across the country and into her dorm in college. Needless to say, an already stressful time was made more stressful as we had to find somewhere new to stay that evening that did not offer the same amenities we had planned on. Very disappointed and made for a rough start to our trip. I was pleased we received a full refund.”

“I was up on LI visiting family and friends. I’d never spent any time in Kings Park or that general area before so I decided to give this place a try. Everything in the apartment was new and clean. The owners live in the main part of the house but the apartment had its own private entrance and I wasn’t disturbed in any way. “Property was great except a few things. The bedroom set up was kinda scary. Especially since there aren’t locks on the doors. Also getting in and out of the tub was dangerous. I understand that it is a vintage situation but the step out was nerve wrecking. WiFi very weak in back bedroom. However, the amenities were out of this world! I couldn’t have been more impressed with the bathroom toiletries. Parking and location were great.”
