“My wife and I enjoyed the property. It was conveniently close to the beach but far enough away to be a little quieter and peaceful. It was nice to have the private patio to enjoy coffee each morning. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals when we chose to. The furnishings in the rest of the unit were all like new and we had zero issues. We would love to return next winter. ”

“Awesome that the owner supplied a parking pass for our stay. We were on the 12th floor ocean view. Awesome view, we rented two chairs and an umbrella for our stay; walk down with the cooler and we were set for the day. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable. Very minimal supply in the unit. We went to the store and put up some staples. Unit had everything we need cooking utensil wise. Very pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again. ”

“We took our daughter and a few of her friends for a five day getaway after graduation. They loved the look of the condo. Very clean, neat, and modern. My wife and I enjoyed it as well! Really great space and loved the spaciousness of the balcony. Even though it’s not on the beach, you can see the gulf from the beautiful wall of windows that covers the entire end of the space. The beach access was very close as well which was a nice surprise. ”
