I am a repeat guest of this fabulous cottage and the Montrose team never disappoints! As usual, the property was spotless and well appointed. And the location is in walking distance to most everything. Our ladies group agreed that we should stay here next year for our annual Fairhope retreat!

Location, location, location! Such a close and convenient place. Quick walk to coffee (loved the partnership discounts), shops, restaurants, and the pier. House was very clean and well designed with a nice aesthetic. Plenty of room to socialize, and hang out. Host was very accommodating in helping us secure a pack and play for our stay as well as a kitchen item that wasn’t functioning. Fast resolution! We loved the pool, as an activity but also as a social space with the outdoor table set.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and well supplied. Our host was quick and helpful with their responses. Our boys especially enjoyed the foosball table and swimming pool too! If we’re ever back in the area we would definitely rent again!

Wedding weekend for groom and a few friends

This house is cool, it has an old Fairhope cottage vibe, updated and well appointed, furnished with everything you need. Great location and the pool is an added bonus. With plenty of parking, it was the perfect home base for my son the groom and his friends! The property manager was great to work with, communicated and responded to all questions quickly. Really appreciate that!

Great location

The house is in a great location! It’s within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The house was very clean and comfortable for the eight of us. Check-in and check-out were very easy! We will definitely be back again soon!

Amenities and proximity are perfect!

I can't say enough about this property. It's a perfect location to enjoy all the food, walking, and shopping that Fairhope offers and the level of detail and cleanliness of the property were top notch. My kids loved the bunk bed room and playing foosball downstairs and my parents and I relaxed upstairs. Mangers were responsive and helpful. Will definitely return!

Upscale quaint accomodations

Our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children fit well. The larger than normal towels were high-end hotel quality. The kitchen had everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen fridge has great room, however we could not figure out how to get ice dispensed. The parking is around and has room for maybe 4 vehicles and is not in the street, which many in Fairhope have only that. There is a tablet in the wall that had some information. The fold out is in a room with a door, but it is 2 singles side by side, and we only found sheets for 1 side. The bunks were great for the kids in the downstairs, but remind them not to hit their head on the low ceiling. The coffee was amazing. The location is within short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bay is also a short walk, but there is construction going on in parts near it. The pool and sauna looked amazing, but there were some windy and cold days and we didn't get to enjoy it. Thanks for a great place to sleep with our group traveling through for a couple days!

Beautiful High-end Fairhope Cottage

Delightful cottage located on quiet end of desirable Church Street in walkable Fairhope mainstream. Impeccable inside and around pool area. Wonderful time spent with family. Plenty of space to spread out plus a gourmet kitchen for those who love to entertain! Highly recommend!

Property is great. All of the additional fees are somewhat deceptive and take away from a desirable property. If not for the extra fees I would consider leasing again for a longer period. Driveway could use paving. Homeowner did a great job updating the property. Couch down stairs was comfortable but the fabric is scratchy.

Great Rental

We had a wonderful visit in Fairhope. The home is beautiful and there was plenty of space for us all. We even enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s a perfect location too. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great Location

My family and I loved this home! Kitchen, bathrooms, bedding…. everything was immaculate. We booked this house for location, and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, but still only walking distance to so many delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques. The owners did a wonderful job renovating the space and they were extremely attentive and responsive when an issue arose. We would definitely stay here again. The Callahans

Great Place to Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay @ 102 Church St! It is within walking distance to everything in Fairhope, which is great! The home was very cozy and comfortably fit our group (8 adults). We also loved the pool and sauna!
