“It was as expected for an overnight stay in a basic economy motel. Pros: Clean rooms, friendly front desk staff, firm futon-like mattress, good location and budget price. Cons: Could hear next door occupants speaking although muffled, paint peeling in bathroom below windows, and a musty smell in room.”

“We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”
