Very nice and secluded place to stay. It has everything you need in the kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. The view is spectacular. Will be back in the future.

Comfy, clean, pet friendly, and well appointed! Convenient location, just a bit over a mile out of Fairplay, with lovely views. Would stay again when our travels take us to Fairplay.

Charming home in the mountains

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of accommodations and great location. Convenient spot for those looking to experience some of the best Colorado has to offer. The property was everything we needed for our stay and more. Hosts were also very friendly and provided great recommendations in the area.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is in a great location and close enough to Fairplay and Breckenridge for entertainment. While being far enough to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the tranquility that comes with it.

The directions were spot on and the place easy to find. The area is quiet and secluded with a beautiful view. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful and peaceful location. We loved sitting on the deck and watching for wildlife. Nicely decorated inside, a step up from a usual cabin decor for sure!

Ideal Getaway - Gorgeous Views!

This adorable property is listed as expected, the check-in process was seamless, and the views were lovely. The house was very clean, and included everything we needed for a few days-stay.

Celebration!

My children and I had a lovely stay. The accomodations were perfect for us. I'm a young mom with breast cancer and we were celebrating the end of a treatment phase, so the trip held a lot of meaning for us. I hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful Views!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and super cozy. The views from the deck were beautiful. We loved drinking our coffee in the morning and taking in the sights. Location is great as well - tons of beautiful hikes within a short drive.

If you are looking for an amazing getaway, look no further. Perfect location, super close to Beaver Creek hiking and trails. Super well thought out and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The deck is amazing, saw a moose on the ridge in the AM, and it's the perfect distance from Fairplay for eats, misc. and so on. Great hosts, very communicative, and true pros. Kitchen is stunning, bed is super comfy with super killer views and peace and quiet!!

This vacation rental was lovely. It’s perfectly positioned 5 minute drive (or an easy 30-minute walk) to Front Street in Fairplay and 20 minute drive to Breckenridge. The kitchen had everything we needed. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The shower pressure was very nice. The WiFi worked great. The host was very communicative and the check-in/check-out processes were super easy. We loved grilling out and eating on the patio enjoying the view of the ridge. We highly recommend this rental. It was perfect for a single family.

Great place for a quiet weekend getaway!

Stayed here for just a couple nights in early June with my wife and our dog and we all loved it. Very nice property and close to some decent hiking trails. Plus we saw moose our second night! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay here. The setting was great. Easy access. Good hiking close by. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Always appreciate a place where I can bring my dog. Thanks!

The house was nice and isolated so you don’t have to worry about noise or neighbors. Beautiful views included off the porch and a nice modern interior.

Mountain getaway

We headed to Fairplay to escape the heat of Denver with our dog and loved this little retreat. Being so close to town but feeling like you are in the middle of the mountains was the perfect combination. They nailed the decor and the front deck was my favorite spot to have coffee and start our day. We worked remotely there for the week, so I can confirm the Wifi was also excellent!

Highly Recommended!

If you are looking for a quite secluded get away with fantastic wildlife watching this is the place! It was so quite and we were woken up my 5-20 elk every morning. The town of Fairplay is a hidden gem. Would love to go back and will recommend it to others.

The home is quiet, cozy, and secluded yet close to town. It has all necessary items stocked (and then some). The decor and home items are unique and from other countries, love the culture of the home! Love the riverside right below the home.
