We planned a girl's weekend away with my best friend, her 2 daughters, myself and daughter. The cabin was perfect. They thought of everything and it was perfect. We did a quiet morning of meditation on the back porch and a moose wandered through! The hot tub was great and we loved being able to move the TV away from the wall to watch movies while crafting

Our recent stay at the cabin was wonderful. The cabin’s amenities were comprehensive and exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were well-appointed and enhanced our overall experience.We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and wood-burning stove in the great room. The ample space accommodated our family of four comfortably.Andy and Katy were exceptional hosts, providing us with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

This beautiful little cabin in the woods could not have been more perfect. The location was quiet, peaceful, and private. From the well-appointed kitchen, to the comfortable beds, everything that we needed was there. The big fluffy robes provided for use after the hot tub were a real luxury, and much appreciated. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful, and even though we never met face-to-face, we felt that we had a new friend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin! We loved it.

The location (less than 10 minutes from Fairplay) is perfect— and the cabin looks out into beautiful aspens trees on all sides— no other houses in view. We found the cain to be exactly as advertised— spotlessly clean, with good quality furniture. well-supplied kitchen and all expected amenities. In mid July the mosquitos were ferocious, which kept us from enjoying the back patio as much as we would have liked.

Situated nicely to feel private and peaceful. The kitchen we well-stocked, plenty of wood if you wanted a fire in the stove. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large dining room table to play games. The master bedroom upstairs was very comfortable - so dark that we didn't even realize the sun was up. Great weekend getaway for a family.

Squirrel cabin was perfect for our spring break weekend. We had 6 adults and 1 teen which was perfect. The house has everything you need, beds are super comfortable, and there is a lot to do in that area. The hosts graciously helped us when the highway closed down due to high winds. Everything about the location and the property is first rate. It's quiet, yet only 15 minutes to town. The house and the furnishings are also first rate. The owners replied to all my questions in a short order and were very friendly. Additionally, if you get up early enough, we had deer and a moose with calf come by the house. I would highly recommend this property to rent.

Beautiful cabin nestled close to FairPlay. Easy location loved the layout of cabin and amenities. Hot tub was amazing. Weather was crazy ( rain, low temps, hail) but still got in several hikes - Buena vista, Breckinridge, manitou incline. Loved the dog friendly breweries and restaurants in FairPlay, Breckinridge , Woodland Hills and Colorado Springs. Saw moose on 2 occasions! Fished for rainbow trout most mornings! Communication was quick and easy. Loved every minute of it! Thank you!

We stay at cabins throughout the year in CO and have been doing so for many years. This stay was in the top 3 of all time. It was easy to get to, in a location that allowed for easy access to other towns and activities, and inviting and warm to come back to at the end of the day. We appreciated the welcoming care package (kids loved that they also had a little something) and how details mattered to the owner. The setting was gorgeous and to be able to watch the snow with a cup of coffee or glass of wine was just ideal. Thank you Katy and Andy for sharing your home with us!

Property was as advertised. Hosts responded promptly to any and all communication prior, during and after. The hot tub worked perfectly, water was clean and treated well, which was perfect as the outside temp dropped below zero during our stay. Plenty of light, space, hot water, fully stocked amenities. It was just my wife and I, but this easily could have accommodated two couples with kids and probably up to 6 adults with kids. Would rent again.
