Ground Floor:

*The Entertainment Room - features game shelves, books shelves, a table and chairs (for convenient gaming,) cozy seating options and a small gear storage rack.

*The Bunk Bedroom - has an over-sized, custom log bunk bed, twin over full size, with a large closet and matching custom dresser.

*The Ground Floor Bathroom - has a standard vanity, toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo.

Middle Level:

*The Primary Bedroom - has a king size bed, custom log bed frame with plush mattress made up with fresh cotton bedding, a dresser and a spacious closet.

*The Mid-Level Bathroom - has a standard vanity, toilet, and a step-in shower.

*The Great Room - features a cozy couch and lounge chairs centered around the floor-to-ceiling windows featuring gorgeous mountain views down the valley, with a gas fireplace, mounted television and walk out access to the elevated deck.

*The Elevated Deck - has comfortable outdoor seating options with a propane fire pit and a propane BBQ grill.

*The Kitchen - is fully stocked with dishes, kitchen gadgets, and cooking accessories, brand new appliances, and offers comfortable seating for 6 around the dining table.

*The Hallway Laundry Closet - features additional storage options and a full size washer and dryer, available for guest use.

Loft:

*Loft King Bedroom - This bedroom space is an open loft that has a custom log bed frame with a plush and cozy king size mattress, fitted with fresh cotton bedding. Enjoy lovely, vaulted ceilings, a large closet space, and corner reading nook, overlooking the Great Room.

DISCLOSURES
* This home is located in the Central Rockies at approx. 10,102 ft. elevation. Please be advised that elevation and weather should be considered when deciding if this location is appropriate.
* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from November through May. The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult.
* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
* Outdoor security camera(s) are in use at this property, and may be used to verify guest occupancy. Security camera(s) are solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property.
* This home is pet friendly. We charge a $50 fee for each pet, and all pets must be approved. This fee is not included in the quoted rate, and will be charged after the booking is confirmed or the day of arrival on the reservation.
