The Space
This three-bedroom mountain cabin is built for groups that don't want to be on top of each other. Spread across three levels, two distinct living spaces let one group stretch out by the wood-burning fireplace upstairs while another goes head-to-head at the air hockey table downstairs. The middle-level Great Room features cozy leather couches, a wood-burning fireplace, and walkout access to the elevated wraparound deck — where a propane fire pit and outdoor heater keep things comfortable well after the sun drops behind the trees. The fully stocked kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless appliances, bar seating for three, and dining for six. Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi keeps the kids streaming and the laptops working when weather pins everyone inside. Sleeps 6 in dedicated bedrooms plus 2 more on the Queen Murphy bed — comfortable for 8 total.

• Four-wheel drive with adequate snow tires or chains is required November through May. At over 10,000 ft., natural mountain air keeps the home comfortably cool all summer — no air conditioning needed.
• The home uses a well water system; to ensure everyone enjoys hot water, we ask that guests space out showers rather than running them consecutively. Well water may also have some variability in taste, smell, or mineral content depending on time of year and usage.
• The home is located in a rural mountain environment where wildlife and insects may be encountered.
• Outdoor entry-door monitors are in use at this property — exterior visual only, no audio, nothing inside the home.
• The garage is reserved for the homeowner and is not available to guests.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval — a $50 per-pet fee applies and is not included in the quoted rate.
