My room was like a mini cottage with more amenities than I expected, the restaurant meals were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. This place is a bit of a hidden gem!

I stayed in twin bed room since traveling alone. Quiet and comfortable. Old building but well maintained. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

What a hidden gem! Staff were all so delightful, kind and friendly. Food was AMAZING. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel was quaint and so comfortable. Their clothing store next to the hotel is also wonderful, don't miss out on this hidden gem in Fall River. We LOVED our stay.

This place is a hidden gem! Everyone there is so kind and helpful - we booked it on a whim on a roadtrip from Nevada up to Oregon and it did not disappoint! Beverly and the team was exceptional! It was stinking hot and there isn’t A/C in the rooms but lots of fans and air flow. It’s a historic building so the walls are a bit thin and doors slam, but overall, it’s a cute piece of history with amazing staff! Anytime we drive though, we will absolutely stay here!

It is an older hotell so quite charming. The bathroom was really small which wasn't a problem unless you're staying for an extended stay. Restaurant downstairs was convenient and good food. Waitress was great. Appreciated the refrigerator having a freezer but the microwave was shared in the hallway.

In the area often and this was the first time staying at the Fall River Hotel. By far the best accommodations I have stayed at in the area and will now be my go to. The staff is great; accommodated our late arrival with no problem. Restaurant and bar were great.

The restaurant an bar were really fantastic. A great menu and quality food. The bar is great, and with a terrific craft cocktail offering as well. My only issue with this hotel is the room amenities. Straight out of the 1920's. Quaint, but at some point, not optimal. The place could do with an upgrade, and do away with a shared bath in the hallway. I know that's a non-trivial undertaking, but I'll probably select another hotel on my next visit... but absolutely go to the bar and restaurant, which are both top-notch.

Room was clean, staff was nice, beds were very hard but it’s an older hotel to be expected. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut which was annoying because we had our older children with us and bathroom privacy was an annoyance. Slim Pickens to stay near berney falls but I would stay here again

First, we were greeted right away. The process was convenient when checking in. There is an on site coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. We walked the grounds and fell in love with the courtyard rooms. We asked to upgrade to those rooms and with a click we were there! The restaurant has so many unique and well though lt out details. The food was delicious and high scale for the area. Every staff member that we had were genuine and personable. We are trying to think of every reason to return.

Rooms in the original hotel are upstairs... 31 stair steps up to the second floor. I never went to the third floor but there's a staircase for that, too. There are also staircases outside for guests who wish to enter or leave without going through the bar or dining room entrances. My room (#207) has a private bathroom with sink and toilet in a 3' x 3' cubby, plus a separate shower in a similarly-sized adjacent space. The room is small, but with a comfy queen-sized bed. No chair or desk in the room, just a bed, two nightstands, and an armoire for hanging clothes. It's surprisingly comfortable to watch Dish TV from the bed, propped up with very nice pillows. If stairs are a problem, there is also a newer group of rooms on the ground floor, separated from the original hotel by a small but nice outdoor patio area. The fully stocked bar seats about ten, plus another six or so at a couple of stand-alone tables. The decor is rustic and decorated with all sorts of Western artifacts; quite charming and authentic, with a mountainman rock fireplace. The restaurant is a more open dining area with an original menu of tempting dinner options. They also offer breakfast and lunch choices in either the main dining room or the coffee shop. The staff is very helpful and eager to please, almost competing with each other for a chance to be of service to guests. Everything about my stay here was rich and memorable. I will definitely stop here again the next time I'm anywhere near this hotel.

When I made this reservation I could never imagine what awaited us. The room was so tiny there was very little floor space and no place to spread out our belongings except on the bed. The shower was separate from the room with the toilet and sink. It was open to the main room except for its curtain. This permitted steam to fill the whole room. The toilet room was so small one had to sit on the toilet sideways because there was no leg room in front of it. There were no racks or hooks for the towels. Our room had no window to the outside. It had a window to an interior shaft. When the very noisy fan that sat in the window was on, the musty smells were drawn into our room. The ceiling fan would operate only while the ceiling light was on, so for the night, my husband partially unscrewed the light bulbs so we could have the fan on and the lights off. On the other hand, Grazerz Restaurant was quite good.

Super cool place BUT, the walls on the upper rooms are single wall i think because the guest in 201 i was in 202 arrived back from a party at midnight and not only could i see the light from her room in my bedroom i could hear every word she and the person she was talking to on the phone with for 45 minutes. It was terrible. Also I had the Ribeye steak for dinner and they put some kinda sauce on it that I did not care for. May be better on a weekday.

Great hotel and nice staff, but there is NO AC AND i could not believe how hot it got. Myself and the guests were trouble shooting how to stay cool in the 90+ degree heat. It was hotter inside than outside. I would only stay here again in the summer if they had AC.

If you’re a bugaphobe, this place is not for you, way too many spiders and bugs. Also meaning the property was not cleaned properly. The bathrooms are also very awkward, the shower doesn’t heat properly. Very thin walls. The stove and oven are just for show. All in all, the place looks amazing and the cafe and restaurant were nice as well, the room was spacious as well. One very important thing is to get food before the restaurant closes because there is no other food nearby for miles.

Surprisingly a pleasant stay. Something I would recommend others to try if staying in this area. Well maintained rooms, bathrooms and premium amenities. It has its own vibe. Everyone around was so courteous and helpful. Best of all, restaurant, coffee shop and a bar is right downstairs. Highly recommended!
