"Property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, as well as downtown Monmouth. Staff member at reception was helpful and friendly. Only negative was the loud noise of traffic on the main road at 6:00am and someone close by using a gas-powered leaf blower at 6:10am. ..."
