Now, the bad, upon arrival (after the 4pm check in time) there were trash bags lined up in front of our room. The housekeeper (Anne) was rude. “Orchid Harbor was perfect for my 3 week escape from life. Bailey Island is quiet and the house is comfortable and accommodating for family and friends.The outdoor seating along the ocean was our favorite place to be.”

“check in was as seamless as it could possibly have been. We were in our room within 30 seconds of arriving. The room itself is very large, but the layout is quite strange. it has a very nice TV and couch that has a pullout mattress if needed for extra guests. It is in a building that has other people in it, but we never saw or heard anybody. mattresses have been updated, so it was an extremely comfortable sleep! for the price and how central to downtown it is, you cannot get a better deal. “The home was very clean. Kitchen functional, with a slightly odd layout for dishes and such. Great dining area for a large group, along with a nice sitting area. A/C worked well. Excellent location. ”
