This modern, luxury family home is situated on a peaceful hill with breathtaking panoramic views. The main entrance is accessed from the lower level via a private, gated driveway. A spacious entrance hallway and two ensuite bedrooms make up the lower level. There is also a separate pool technical room, accessed via the driveway, that includes both a washing and drying machine as well as a cold water sink.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, his and hers wardrobes and ample extra cupboard space. The attached bathroom has a wonderful shower with a dual rain and handheld shower head system. There is also an outdoor shower with the same dual system on the private deck surrounded by greenery outside the master bedroom.

The children's bedroom has three beds; two single and one toddler bed. A crib can also be set up if needed. There are three children-sized wardrobes as well as extra drawer storage. The attached bathroom includes a spacious corner bathtub and separate shower.

A third bedroom can be booked along with Vista Cottage for US$100 per guest per night. This wonderful room has a king sized bed found in a detached hut just 20 meters along a stone path with steps directly west of the main house, which is accessed easily by the kitchen backdoor on the upper level. A spacious wardrobe, extra seating and storage as well as a beautiful private terrace is included in this stand alone hut. The attached bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk in shower.

The indoor staircase leads to the main house upper level which comprises of an open-plan, indoor-outdoor living space. On the east side, huge windows and a sliding door lead out to a long terrace and offers stunning views of Falmouth Harbour. On the west side, automatic shutters disappear into the celling to create a seamless space with the outdoor deck, pool and garden area. It it truly a wonderful place to enjoy indoor-outdoor living at it's best with the breathtaking scenery.

There is a very-well equipped modern kitchen including an island breakfast bar with three counter stools. Amenities include; two fridges and freezers, an oven and microwave, an induction stovetop, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, an extra large sink and plenty of storage for dry food items as well as cooking and serving utensils.

Leading into the living space, there is a children's arts and crafts table with three stools. There is also a designated desk work space with a comfortable swivel char and wireless printer. A large corner sofa is arranged in the middle of the room, surrounding a soft rug and large coffee table. There is an inviting, cushioned nest chair in the corner as well as bean bags for extra lounge seating. An extra loft space is accessed via a comfortable ladder to offer a wonderful play area for the children to enjoy. The living space includes a Samsung smart TV, which can be privately streamed on, as well as a Sonos surround sound and music speaker set up for the entire upper level.

Extending on from the living space is a large teak dining table, comfortably seating 8 people in chairs with arm rests and cushions. The BBQ and bar area is just next to the dining area, consisting of a large gas BBQ with utensils and extractor fan; shelving for bottles and glasses; a beer fridge; wine fridge and extra mini fridge as well as an ice maker.

Lastly, the upper level extends into a tiled outdoor space which includes a huge double day bed with parasol next to an infinite pool and garden. There is an outdoor shower as well as a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink. The garden is wrapped by a beautifully built stone wall and offers an excellent, private space to enjoy the outdoors.
