“Nice new hotel, spacious rooms”

“Booked a 2 double bed room & website states can sleep 4pax, thinking it should be 2 queen size bed. To our horror, the room come with 2 single & when I asked the front office, they told me all their bed are 1.2m. I asked for a 2 queen bed room but was informed that they do not have such room and was introduced a family room for RMB300 for 3 nights. Asked for a receipt or invoice but was informed that do not issue such receipt/invoice. Location not convenient too.....”

“This hotel is one of a larger number of hotels located in a fairly remote area. Surprisingly this was one of the few hotels in the area available on Travelocity. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the train station though there are no restaurants or shops nearby so I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I stayed one night. The room was great and checkin was easy though it took almost a week and several followups to get a refund of the deposit that was requested during checkin. You can...
