“While in Helotes for a music event had the pleasure of staying at the Art cottage. All was as explained and had a Great stay. If artsy and eclectic age is not your bag stay in a fancy hotel. If quiet and a woodsy feel is to your liking this is your spot!! 3 miles or so to old town Helotes and Floores Country store for music. “Quiet. Easy to access San Antonio attractions. Clean. All supplies provided except dish towels (required to wash dishes and put them in exact spot we found them). Comfortable bed. Answers to a text query came quickly. Shower head leaked when in use. The front door needs to be fixed so that it can be locked. (We tried many positions of the door and if the door was pushed, it would open). The carport would comfortably fit a midsized vehicle at best.”

“The house is in excellent condition with the usual amenities plus a hot tub and multiple tv’s. We were a short walk or drive to the lake. Deer roamed the area and some of us were lucky enough to see a fox. No bad surprises as some rental homes have. We’re happy we chose this house.”

“We were in town for a college graduation.The tiny house had more than enough room for 2 adults. We enjoyed quiet country feel of the property. Plenty of deer and more to enjoy. It was a relaxing weekend in a wonderful location. A lot of thought has been put into making the grounds a natural retreat.”
