It’s under construction, so it is somewhat chaotic. No shampoo or conditioner provided, only shower gel. Staff are nice and helpful.

Room was clean enough. But the entire place is under renovations and that was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. Pool was closed, there were beds strewn about in the hallways, our room door didnt close properly, there were no hooks/ places to hang towels in the bathroom.

Renovation was happening, no access to pool or gym. Room bed sheets were dirty, felt more like a motel, and wifi was not working. I ended my stay early!

Under renovations. No one ever at front desk nor did they answer phone. Breakfast bare minimum. Bed new and comfortable. Partially assembled new furniture in my room. Micro desk lamp, coffee maker has no access to a power source. Bathroom mostly renovated. Room and lobby clean. Pet friendly.

The breakfast is very poor, the pool is unavailable, and daily housekeeping is not provided—towels aren't changed, and I didn't see any cleaning staff. All in all, I didn't like it at all, especially considering the price I paid.

Pool was closed. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast was staged, but not really there. On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained.. I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not.

Pool wasnt open had boxes piled in the area,the public reatroom was closed,my room was supposed to be on 1st floor i got put on the 2nd floor all the way on the end of the hallway im handicapped and the bathroom did have bars in the shower,the bed was so high i couldnt fet in it i had to crawl on the end of it and then try to scoot onto the bed to sleep which is very difficult since i have a bad leg

The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different.

The hotel is being remodeled, but it did not interfere with my stay. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my nights sleep was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was beter than expected at a hotel. I was unsure when I saw that there was some renovation going on when I stopped, but I am glad I did. I had a very nice stay and would gladly stop in again. Also, very reasonable price!

The room I had was very small, the bed did seem newer, but it was very rockhard and so were the pillows. You had them young children at nine-year-old and a 14-year-old working like they weren’t just helping out they were working.

Stayed for one night--good enough for one night but still lots of renovations in progress and unfinished details. Check-in staff nice but we discovered the wifi didn't work. Called desk and no one answered-- they did call back but after verification with the desk staff they were unsure and told us they would call us back -- they never called called to verify the correct password or working vs not. Room was cozy but met the needs for two people and what we needed. Not sure if there's a pool or hot tub-- nothing mentioned and no map or directions given. It's right off the interstate but didn't hear the traffic-- sign is Best Western in big letters and then Red River in smaller. We didn't bring our dog but I think the online advertised price might be different than the signs listed on site?

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. There was no wifi, no tv, and no pool, none of which was communicated during booking. Breakfast was fine - very limited selection but overall OK. Our room was not especially clean, with stains on the walls and ceiling and bathroom, but it was not terrible. The most frustrating experience was on the day we were checking out our keycards stopped working during breakfast around 8AM, probably some kind of error with the time-out on the card. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but there was no one at the front desk to help us. A note said to call a specific number if you needed help but when I dialed the number it just rang the front desk. I roamed the hallways looking for anyone working there and there was literally not one single staff around to help me get back into my room. Absolutely ridiculous. Eventually, after around an hour of being locked out of my room, a cleaning staff member arrived and I was able to get back into my room. If competence, cleanliness and convenience are important to you in any way, choose a different hotel!

The TV did not work, there was no microwave, and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The breakfast was negligible. I did not leave, but I would not have stayed a 2nd night.

The experience began with a literal "walk of hazards" as the kids, barefoot and hopeful for the pool, had to navigate exposed carpet tack strips only to find the swimming pool under renovation. They retreated to the room in total disappointment, but the house didn't stay quiet for long. ​The moment they sat on the bed: Bang! The sound was violent enough to make you wonder if someone was practicing on a steel drum or popping a massive dent out of a truck hood. In reality, it was just the bed frame's structural contortion protesting the weight of a third-grader. Between that and the lukewarm shower—complete with a mold-spotted curtain—the infrastructure left much to be desired. ​However, the stay wasn't without its saving graces: ​Pet Friendly: Finding a place that allows the whole family (including the four-legged members) is a definite plus. ​Clean Linens: Despite the noisy frame, the bed itself was notably clean. ​Neutral Olfactory Experience: Surprisingly, there were no "questionable" or lingering smells, which is a rare win for a budget-tier room. ​If you’re traveling with pets and prioritize a clean sheet over a quiet bed or a hot shower, this might work—just watch your step on the carpet transitions.
