There is a full sized eat in kitchen and a separate dining area. Enjoy the living room with fireplace, TV/family room with plenty of games for rainy days. There is a 3 season porch overlooking Parker Pond, an additional porch and deck for outside barbeques and a stone fire pit. Please use your best discretion when having outside fires.
The property sets back 100 feet from the water with natural walking paths leading to an oversized dock system. Deep waterfront. There is a dock that is set up from June 1st - October 31st, where there will be kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat available for your pleasure. Parker Pond perimeter is 15.8 miles (1,524 acres) and 76 feet deep. Parker Pond has several islands offering campsites and public access to hiking trails. Google parkerpond.org or lakesofmaine.org. This property is available year round for swimming, kyaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing, day trips in the Summer. Hunting in the Fall, skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing in the Winter. The property is not available in March or April.
