Supermarkets such as Pingo Doce are 500 metres away, or hypermarkets such as Jumbo and Forum Algarve are 2 km away. Faro Beach is 9 km away and the airport just 6 km away. Other attractions include Quinta do Lago golf course (17 km) and Aquashow park (18 km).

Non-compliance with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

•Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

•Smoking inside the property.

•Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

•Parties, excessive noise or non-compliance with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

•Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

•Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

•Non-compliance with check-out time, by default until 10:00.

•An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

•Key left inside the lock.

•Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not restocked during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
