“Had a wonderful stay at Masseria Sottomasi - the grounds are simply stunning, vast, luscious and so well laid out that there is always a space to escape as if you were the only one there! A retreat to relax and unwind with just the birds singing and the odd distant hum of a local tractor in a neighbouring olive grove - a wonderful place to meditate and unwind away from reality! The owner, Ruth, was so welcoming and always careful to check that all is well, and a very kind and gentle lady....

“The hotel is located in a beautiful country setting surrounded by olive trees. The room and bed were very comfortable. There was plentiful outside seating and a beautiful pool. Staff were extremely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The sea was an easy walk away. This was a great place to relax. ”

In the room there was an extra bed for our 5-year old and our little baby slept in the double bed. The pool area was perfect for calm and relaxing days. The breakfast was fantastic and also the dining in the evening. During the days we took the car to the beach approx. 5 km. We really recommend to come and stay here! ”
