“Our stay was perfect! The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful. Other things I really liked about the hotel: Our room was spacious and clean. Our bed was really comfortable. The pool was nice and had a great side. I only have good things to say about my stay and recommend everyone to stay here. ”

“We have nothing to complain about during our stay. Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".”

“My first visit to Kuwait and I was lucky to stay with the best hotels in town. Professional and friendly staff. Specious nice room, I received a complementary room upgrade. My reservation included a shared airport shuttle, but the hotel was generous and provided a private car. Location is also perfect you can get everywhere conveniently. Thank you. ”

“Disappointed, 2 years ago I stayed in the same property, rooms has been deteriorated considerably and without amenities at all. Very old and un confortable matres. Also it was indicated that parking free of charge but there is no parking in the hotel, parking very difficult in the street.”

“The beach side view was very nice. The staff responded very quickly with regards to my check in review about things I noticed weren't clean. Only thing I wish i had was warm water but maybe there was a swirch that i didnt know abour.”

“The only positive I can point out is the size of the room. The rest is absolutely not recommended. Poor breakfast. Bad wifi. Not a welcoming staff ......not for a business traveler at all. ”
