Provencal villa in unique natural and calm setting with beautiful views

  • La propiedad se encuentra en la parte superior de 2 hectáreas de tierras boscosas en un entorno muy tranquilo con bonitas vistas a la aldea de Fayence. Bajando la colina hay un pequeño río donde es posible el baño y picnic durante el verano.
    Piscina climatizada infinito (11x6 m oxígeno limpiado) con muebles de teca y dos mesas de comedor exteriores separadas para hasta 10 personas. Zona de barbacoa.
    4 dormitorios con baños de mármol y baños, amplio salón y comedor con cocina americana moderna (totalmente equipada con horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, máquina de hielo, nevera, ...). WIFI, teléfono, fax, impresora, televisión de pantalla plana y segura en cada habitación. Toda la propiedad tiene aire acondicionado.
    La decoración es una elegante mezcla de muebles provenzal del siglo 18 y equipos modernos y pinturas. Tenga en cuenta que el dormitorio principal cuenta con varias pinturas eróticas.
    La propiedad está situada a medio camino entre los pueblos medievales de Fayence y Seillans que cuentan con muchos restaurantes excelentes.

Een zeer fraai huis prachtig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien.In eerste instantie even zoeken omdat de laatste 2,5 km over een smal weggetje gaat.

Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub. Es könnte wirklich nicht besser gewesen sein.Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit perfekter Aussenanlage und tollem Pool. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und alles was man benötigt vorhanden.Vielen Dank an Johanna für die gute Einweisung und die Betreuung.Man könnte noch so viel mehr erwähnen, toller Ausblick, super Betten, super Klimatisierung, etc. etc.. Die Kommunikation vor der Buchung perfekt..... Danke !!!!!!!

We verbleven 3 jaar geleden ook al in dit huis en wederom hebben we een fantastische tijd gehad. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco en er zijn voldoende schaduwplekken om het huis. (Erg prettig tijdens de hittegolf.)Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de ligbedden comfortabel.Het huis was smetteloos schoon en de communicatie met house manager Johanna verliep erg prettig.Kortom, een aanrader!

Super chic and well appointed home. If you are looking for extreme relaxation with family and friends, this is the place to stay. We stayed as two families and we all had a wonderful time, swimming, cooking, eating and relaxing. some lovely towns and places to visit nearby.

Great property in peaceful setting, but only 10 minutes drive from shops and restaurants in beautiful villages nearby. Very nice pool, well maintained gardens. Tastefully decorated and superbly equipped villa. Highly recommended.

The house was really beautiful - we enjoyed it so much we rarely left it during our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed - except an oven glove, which would have been useful. We loved the pool, the garden, the view of Fayence and the outside dining table. Do NOT use IMaps or Google maps to get there - it will take you on a wild goose chase up a road from which there is no exit. Follow Alain's instructions. A better description for what I think Alain called a 'paved driveway' (I don't have his instructions with me to double check this) would be a mostly tarmac road and the house is right at the end of this (1km or so?).

L'accès un peu compliqué, mais dés notre arrivée c'est le Paradis, endroit de OUF, une propriété soignée dans les moindres détails. Joanna notre contact est à l'écoute, et disponible

Un coin de Paradis

La maison est fabuleuse, cachée dans un écrin de verdure. Nous avons passé une semaine reposante et nous nous sommes jamais lassés de regarder le paysage. Merci à Alain pour sa maison, son jardin, sa piscine, ... Merci à Johanna pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité

One of our best vacations

The Communication with Alain was perfect, the property is one of the best we had so far. Very clean inside and outside, beautiful Pool, Garden and a stunning view. We are gonna come back when possible. Thank you so much for this experience

Ein wunderschönes Haus mitten im Wald gelegen und sehr ruhig. Das Haus und gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle Gegebenheiten, die für 2 Wochen Urlaub benötigt werden. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder. Familie Zeiser

Our second visit - even better than first

This property is as good as it comes in the rental market. The views are wonderful, the swimming pool is excellent, first class kitchen with induction stove. Air conditioning very effective & efficient. All bedrooms on same level as living area except one makes it perfect for older visitors. Grounds immaculately maintained, and the property manager especially helpful.

The instructions to find the property need to be clearer. We were grateful to Johanna for all her help. The villa is high spec & very well equipped & tastefully furnished & decorated. Lovely views from all around the property & stunning planting In the extensive garden. Johanna was proactive in dealing with the couple of problems we incurred. The infinity heated pool is a real asset to the property. We had a great time.

Amazing stay in this beautiful house

Amazing house with stunning view. Luxury materials, decorations and furnitures. Well equipped kitchen with high standard on everything. Quite and peaceful area. A place to relax. we hardly left the house other than buying groceries. We were a family of 5 and didn't use one of the bedrooms so lots of space. We couldn't wish for anything more in this beautiful house.

toch al verschillende malen een vakantiewoning gehuurd in Frankrijk en nog nooit was de woning zo proper én goed uitgerust. Vooral in de keuken was alles aanwezig ! Meer dan voldoende mooie glazen, hele mooie en verschillende serviezen, bestek, keukenapparatuur, een grote Weber gasbbq, enz....de villa is heel praktisch en met oog voor detail ingericht. Alles is er heel netjes.mooie slaapkamers met annex badkamer en toilet.de ontvangst van Johanna met de nodige uitleg is perfect verlopen.er zijn voldoende ligbedden a het zwembad, verschillende terrasjes (zon/schaduw) met voldoende zitplaatsen ... het zwembad en de tuin zijn ook proper onderhouden.het enige minpunt is een beetje de toegangsweg tot de villa. Vermits de woning op een heuvel is gelegen is het een 10-tal minuutjes rijden (naar boven of naar beneden) maar het lukt wel als je voorzichtig rijdt. Positief is dan wel dat je een schitterend uitzicht op de vallei en Fayence hebt ! Zalig om zo 's morgens op te staan en te ontbijten .... en uiteraard de rust daar. zeker een adres waar wij hopen eens terug te keren ? ter info : wij waren met 4 bevriende koppels in de leeftijd tussen 60 - 70 jaar.

Splendid Location

As others have stated the highlight of Alain’s house are the views and the many wonderful outside seating areas. This Is not to minimize the inside of the house, but what made this house truly special for us was the outside. The other highlight was the restaurant at the beginning of the road up to the house - we had three delightful meals there. And for us the willingness of Alain and Johanna to accommodate the special requests we had made our stay at the house possible. We want to thank them for their flexibility. Finally, Johanna was a delight to deal with during the four weeks we spent at the house.

Un petit paradis

Des vacances de rêve. Franchement cette villa est magnifique, sûrement la plus belle que nous ayons louée depuis des années. La vue est fantastique. On se retrouve dans un endroit calme et reposant loin du bruit. La piscine très grande est idéalement chauffée. La maison et le jardin sont superbement entretenus. De plus tous les gens qui nous ont accueillis ont été extrêmement gentils et à l'écoute. La région est très belle et cerise sur le gâteau, il y a un excellent restaurant tout près de la maison. Que dire de plus, sinon "allez y les yeux fermés", vous ne serez pas déçus. Merci à tous. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Fantastic villa

This is a lovely villa in an excellent location. The pool is superb and excellently situated right in front of the villa. There is a variety of places to sit and eat outside and the gardens are very attractive and well-maintained. It' s nicely secluded and has lovely views, but is also only a few minutes from Fayence. A trip to the Val d'Iris vineyard is well worthwhile. Inside, the villa is just as good. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. The air conditioning is a welcome benefit. This was just right for our family with three teenagers and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Communications with Alain and Johanna were easy and swift at all times, and Johanna was very helpful checking us in and during our stay.
