This was the absolute best stay! We have nothing but wonderful memories of our stay there. The layout was great. We were close to the downtown and just had a magical experience. Thank you for our great time.

We always love staying here. It’s the second time for us. Beds are comfy and weather was perfect to relax outside on the patio. We will be back.

The location and setting could not be more beautiful. The community on top of the mountain was unexpected for me and we just loved it for the beauty and its unique vibe. The house is lovely and so relaxing! We hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay with our family! Home feels like a tree house and is so cozy! Layout was very comfortable along with beds. Incredible view for being in the middle of town. Check in/out was easy and really appreciated the instructions for the TV. Very peaceful! Will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful time at this house for our daughter’s mom’s weekend. We think it would be beautiful to stay there in the fall with all the colors! Great house and management!

We loved the Bungalow. A perfect place for our short weekend in Fayetteville.

The accommodations at the Bungalow were perfect. Plenty of room and wonderful views. Beautiful morning light and great location. We had the best time in Fayetteville and appreciated all the recommendations from Paige.

Modern mountain retreat

Stayed here for a UARK football game with another couple- room to gather and entertain. Great amenities: sauna, comfortable beds, new towels, and working grill. Very clean, close to campus, and would stay again.

Weekend getaway

Perfect property for a quick weekend getaway to see college kids and watch some Razorback football. It was clean and in a beautiful location that’s close to town. We’ll be back!

Lovely Property With Great Location

The house has been updated beautifully. The location is central to all activities related to the University and events on the Square. Paige is a great hostess and responsive to questions or requests. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay on Mt, Sequoyah!

We had the best time at the property and didn’t want to leave! The location and proximity to downtown was perfect, and we really enjoyed using the sauna and the beautiful deck. The house furnishings are beautiful but cozy. We would return in a heartbeat!

Fun on the mountain

Great spaces with beautiful views. Sunsets, walking and it snowed last morning, great place to enjoy outdoors. Paige was very responsive to questions we had about home.

Perfect Fayetteville Stay

We loved our stay. The home was beautifully updated. We felt like we were staying in a treehouse! It was convenient to all of the fun Fayetteville activities and a perfect place to relax for the weekend with our Razorback. Highly recommend!

Mountain top retreat

Beautiful bungalow in a nice neighborhood. I walked to the downtown square which was about a mile. Be warned it’s a steep walk back but a great climb if you want to burn some calories. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great

Perfect for our family at Thanksgiving!

We love this bungalow on Mt. Sequoyah!! It’s exactly perfect for our family (4 adults and a 2 year old) and right beside our son’s home so super convenient! Paige is so easy to communicate with and we love the high end feel of the whole place! Very clean, quiet, and close to everything you want to get to in Fayetteville!! They thoughtfully provide everything you need to make your stay very comfortable! Highly recommend!! We will be back for sure!!

Nice property

Over all impression of the stay was very good. Trying to get a hold of someone to answer a question at the beginning was disappointing. I did speak with someone from Svoke who said the messaging on their part wasn’t working correctly but they did point me to the property manager who did take care of answering our question.

FABULOUS home!

This is one amazing home. So close to campus, but feels like you are far away in a beautiful woods. The home was well appointed. The layout was so great, especially when sharing any bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, linens very nice. This place is also SUPER clean and updated. This was graduation weekend, but I wish I had found this sooner! Highly recommend. Cannot say enough great things about it! Clean, open floor plan. I just wish it had not rained so we could have enjoyed the patio.
