  • Renovating history one historic home at a time! Our 1895 farmhouse is one of the original Czechoslovakian dairies that dotted the Fayette County landscape in the late 1900's. Located only minutes from Fayetteville, Texas and the famous Round Top antique venues.
    Front bedroom sleeps 3 (Qn & Daybed) Clawfoot tub w/hand held shower. Back bedroom sleeps 2 (Qn) w/walk in shower.

Property had modern updates while retaining much of the historical feel for the property. Good location for us visiting Fayetteville and touring the general area. Host was gracious and freely shared recommendations on what to see and where to eat.Property worked well for our older dog. He enjoyed the outdoors.

Such a wonderful country home. It is decorated perfectly, with a comfortable quern bed (soft) and well-outfitted kitchen . The back porch area is lovely and on cool nights, a great place to star watch . Natalie is an absolute delight and very helpful if needed . We will stay there again in the fall .

Charming 100 plus year old farmhouse, comfortable accommodations, close to Fayetteville for dinner, peaceful and quiet. Host was great and very accomodating.

The cute farm house was a wonderful place to stay, we would definitely go back and stay again. Natalie was so very easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions in the area.

All was great. Host is amazing and is basically family now. We were there for work and hopefully next time we'll be able to enjoy the firepit and have an opportunity to see the amazing stars out there. Home away from home.

3 of us had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse out in the Country. Was able to cook a nice meal in the fully stocked kitchen and have a relaxing nights sleep in the super comfy bed. Beautiful large soaking tub was a plus after day 1 of the MS 150 bike ride. Spent most of the night on very large back patio with the two friendly farm cats looking up at the night sky. Perfect spot for those looking to unwind.

Texas Country

Nice historic house that gives you a taste of the real Texas! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Visit to downtown Fayetteville is a must. Natalie is a great host.

Round Top Stay

Perfect house to stay in when you are in Round Top! Natalie, the manager, was VERY helpful and responsive. My friends and I would stay here again. Enjoy!

Great place!

Came on a rainy and cold weekend, but such a cozy spot. Loved the house and atmosphere. The kitties were a hit and we became friends fast. :-) Thank you to Natalie for being such a great host!

Very easy check in process. Clean house. It is middle of nowhere. Not easy to locate after dark. We were travelling through and spent a night there. Well decorated house. We are not country people hence outdoor bugs bothered us.

Adorable Get Away

We loved this little find just outside downtown Fayetteville. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Natalie is an AMAZING host! We especially loved the super friendly cats that hung out with us on the back porch. We will return but next time stay longer!

Christmas gathering

Central meeting site for out state family. Outdoor fire pit and grill area added to visiting time. Host had Christmas deco to add to festivities.

One nighter

We enjoyed our stay although it was short. The only big complaint I had is that the house is right on the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise. Other than that, it was great!

Quaint Farmhouse and Pet Friendly!

We stayed in this quaint farmhouse mainly because it was pet friendly and close to Round Top where we we’re meeting family for lunch. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the country lifestyle and peace and quiet. The outside cats were very friendly (our kids and small dog got along fine with them). Our host Natalie was very nice and communicative. Check-in and check-out was super easy.

Historic Farmhouse

Stayed for the Round Top Spring show with 4 women. It was a darling place and we got good tips from our host Natalie. It’s not right in the middle of things, but quick 20 minutes drive will get you to shopping and various cute towns and restaurants in the area. We had some problem with the sliding doors staying on the track, but otherwise a super stay.

Quick stopover at cute cottage

Gorgeous wee property sensitively decorated with authentic pieces and artefacts. Great host who was very helpful and friendly.
