Great location and great property

The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean and well decorated. The bedrooms were large. We would definitely stay again.

The house was just as pictured! Beds were comfortable too. We will definitely be back next time we are in Fayetteville.

Great location close to campus!

House was clean and comfortable. Close to all the action for game weekend! We easily ubered around, but close enough to walk to the stadium, square or Dickson street if you wanted to. Rooms are all in the same hall and the two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. King room has private bath.

This charming house was a perfect place to stay for a weekend. Clean, cozy and great location. We had a couple of questions, and the host was easily accessible and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Great Space, Great Price

We had a great stay. The location was very good for both walking and Uber. The train noise wasn’t as bad as expected. Host was very responsive and nice. Space was large and had everything for us. Would stay again!

Great Place to stay in Fayetteville!!

This house was perfect!! So clean, cheery, warm and cozy. We had a couple of questions, and the host was accessible and very friendly. We stayed here for a sorority Moms weekend, and it was so nice to have a house vs. a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Great location for graduation

We were in town for our son's graduation from UARK. The house was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are large. The location is great! There are 2 designated parking places in the lot behind the house (our vehicle was too big for the small parallel parking available in front of the house). Should be noted that the house is very near the train tracks but the latest I heard a train was around 9pm and the earliest was 8:30am so this wasn't a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental at University of Arkansa

We visited this past weekend for a swim meet at the University of Arkansas. This house is fantastic! Super close to campus, downtown restaurants and eateries. There is a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at the bottom of the hill. The house itself was clean and well stocked. The Kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities and the beds were super comfy. Parking was plentiful. Initially, I thought I'd have to park on the street but there is a lot behind the house that is super easy to access. All in all this was a great place to stay.

Rough Start, Great Finish

We got to the property and it had not been cleaned at all. I contacted Evolve and they put the process into movement. They said normally they can have it cleaned the same day, with it being 4:20 PM I was of course upset and skeptical about the time. Next the property guest contact Toynua called and first thing she told me was of course an apology but the next thing was that it was her responsibilty and basically the buck stops here. She already had someone heading out and within an hour she was there cleaning did a great job. I was very impressed with how they handled an issue and since we very much enjoyed the house, fantastic location we would not hesitate to rent again. Thanks for taking a bad first impression and turning it 180`
