This is a great property. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are clean, nicely furnished,everything works, a great view of the city, and close to everything.

Quiet Stay

The condo was quietly located off College Ave. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with 3 bedrooms. Thumbs up.

U of A tour

We stayed here when we toured the university with our daughter and checked out the town of Fayetteville. The house was clean and a great location to campus. We had one issue but the owner was quick to respond and offered to correct it during our stay.

Amazing hosts!

I have never stayed at a property with more gracious and responsive hosts. The responded to text messages immediately and even offered to come over late at night just to turn on the fireplace for us. They went above and beyond. The condo was also very comfortable!

Beautiful Home, amazing kitchen

Lovely property. The reasons for the 4 stars was the height of the guest beds. My 73 year old mother could not get onto one of them and the other bed was only slightly lower. My son had to use that room which meant lots of pillow around him to ensure he would not roll off. The other reason was the difficulty with the fireplace lighting, then after maintenance came to fix it the a piece if tile fell off the mantel( there were already two pieces missing) after it was on for a while. This greatly dissuaded us from wanting to turn it on again.Management was super helpful and very responsive but there was nothing that could be done during our stay about the super high beds which meant constant checking on my little guy during the night. I would love to come back to this property, but will probably have to check if the bed and the chimney issues were resolved. We spent a lovely time there during Christmas, baking cookies and enjoying the living area. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Great location and comfy house

We loved our stay here! The house was in a quiet location although just a short drive from everything. The views on top of the hill were so nice! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We had done trouble figuring out how to turn on the fireplace although the communication with management was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

We have stayed in Fayetteville several times on Dickson street and around town. This was by far the nicest and in the best location to get around. Nice coffee shop and restaurant right around the corner. A walkable distance. Quiet, relaxing. Town house with enough room for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. With nice outdoor front and back patio. Would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay everything was so clean and it is completely as described…there were many restaurants nearby and a bakery we enjoyed just about every morning…loved sitting on the deck for coffee and again in the evening…we will be renting again if it is available❤️

Beautiful and comfortable

Pleasant Surprise!

Pics of property looked great, but it was still a pleasant surprise to find such a great property! We enjoyed the balcony and sitting by the fire. The location made it easy to get around to many different favorite spots in the area.
