Dishes, silverware and glasses/ mugs are also provided.

Relax by the gas fire table under the stars while enjoying the peaceful view.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire lower-level studio and the attached outdoor deck. The entrance is completely separate from the main home, ensuring your total privacy.

Check-in is simple with a private entrance and keyless entry. You will receive a unique access code before your arrival.

I respect my guests' privacy and aim to provide a secluded, uninterrupted experience. The studio is completely private with its own entrance. I am available via the app or phone if you need anything during your stay. Otherwise, we'll leave you to enjoy your peaceful retreat.

Pet Fee: A one-time fee of $75 is required for guests bringing pets (up to two small dogs or one large dog).
Late Check-out Fee: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. An unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee to compensate our cleaning staff for the delay. Please inquire if you need a later time, and we will do our best to accommodate if possible.

A car is recommended for getting around. Parking for 2 vehicles is available on-site, and shopping, restaurants, and local attractions are just a short drive away.

Location: To ensure full transparency, please note that this studio is located on the lower level of another rental but the space is totally private, like an apartment setting.

We do charge an automatic late fee of $65 for all guests that leave past 10am so it is imperative to leave on time as our cleaners are waiting to get in to clean.

We are pet friendly.

Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property and monitor the grounds. There are no cameras inside the studio or in any private guest areas like the deck or hot tub. The studio is tucked behind a golf course with a wooded back drop, but does not offer direct golf course view.
